Please read this handbook carefully before using the tool
General Safety Rules
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow all
warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your battery operated (cordless)
power tool.
1) Work area
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite
accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.
Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a
power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric
shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for
outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of
electric shock.
f) If operating a power tools in a damp location is unavoidable, use a
residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces
the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment
such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection
used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before
plugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or
energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A
wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may
result in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This
enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f ) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and
collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use
of these devices can reduce dust related hazards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any
power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool
accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate
the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained
users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power
tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f ) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools
with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with
these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of
power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to
be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A

charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of
fire when used with another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of
any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects,
lie paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects
that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the
battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery
may cause irritation or burns.
6) Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power
tool is maintained.
Special Safety Advice for Cordless Jig Saw
1. Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an
operation where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring. Cutting
accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the
power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
2. Keep hands away from the sawing range. Do not reach under the
workpiece. Contact with the saw blade can lead to injuries.
3. Apply the machine to the work piece only when switched on. Otherwise
there is danger of kickback when the cutting tool jams in the workpiece.
4. Pay attention that the base plate 7 rests securely on the material while
sawing. A jammed saw blade can break or lead to kickback.
5. When the cut is completed, switch off the machine and then pull the saw
blade out of the cut only after it has come to a standstill. In this manner you
can avoid kickback and can place down the machine securely.
6. Use only undamaged saw blades that are in perfect condition. Bent or dull
saw blades can break, negatively influence the cut, or lead to kickback.
7. Do not brake the saw blade to a stop by applying side pressure after
switching off. The saw blade can be damaged, break or cause kickback.
8. Use appropriate detectors to determine if utility lines are hidden in the work
area or call the local utility company for assistance. Contact with electric
lines can lead to fire and electric shock. Damaging a gas line can lead to
explosion. Penetrating a water line causes property damage.
9. Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with clamping devices or in a
vice is held more secure than by hand.
10. Always wait until the tool has come to a complete stop before placing it. The
tool insert can jam and lead to loss of control over the power tool.

Safety Advice for Rechargeable Battery and Charger
Use only the rechargeable battery from Pro’sKit and the provided charger. Only
plug the battery charger in 230V for PT-1805F/G type and 120V for PT-1805A
type mains. Protect battery and battery charger from humidity. Do not operate
the battery charger outdoors. When it is not in use and before cleaning and
servicing, disconnect the battery charger from the power supply. Take special
care of the battery. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface and do not subject it
to pressure or any other form of mechanical stress. Keep the battery away from
extreme heat and cold. Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or the
battery charger. If any parts are defective, have them repaired by a qualified
technician or send them to our service department for repair. Only charge the
battery at an ambient (surrounding air) temperature between 10ºC and 40ºC. A
charged battery can be used to power the tool under ambient temperature
conditions between 0ºC and 50ºC.When not in use, store the battery in a dry
place between 10ºC and 30ºC.
Important! Danger!
Never short-circuit the battery or expose it to moisture. Do not store it together
with any metal parts, which could short-circuit the contacts. The battery could
overheat, start burning or explode.
If any person comes into contact with acid or similar internal fluids or
substances contained in the battery, wash off these substances
immediately with plenty of water. If these substances make contact with
the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and visit a doctor immediately.
Do not place the rechargeable battery into fire or water. It can explode. The
rechargeable battery should not be discarded with domestic refuse, regardless
of whether used or unused. You should return it to a local battery collection
point in accordance with Battery Regulations or return them to us suitably
marked “Used Battery”.

Product Features
Operation Instructions
Insertion and Removal of Rechargeable Battery
Ensuring the correct orientation between the battery and the battery
compartment, insert the rechargeable battery into the power tool. Do not apply
force when inserting the battery. Insertion can be achieved easily and without
resistance. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery retention
clips on the sides of the battery compartment automatically lock it into place. To
remove the battery press the battery retention clips and pull the battery out of its
compartment.
Charging the Battery
The rechargeable battery must be charged before the first use.
The "+" and “- “mark on the battery pack align to the charger "+" and “-“ mark,
insert the battery into the charger and then connect the charger to the mains.
Charging starts automatically. Always disconnect the charger from the mains
before you remove the battery from the charger.
When the battery pack is in the charging status, the red light on the left side will
be lit up. The charging time is around 1 ~ 1.5 hours. After the power is full, the
red light will turn off and the green light on the right will turn on. Before removing
the battery from the charger, please remove the charging plug first.

Important! Only use the provided battery charger for charging the battery.
FUEL GAUGE BATTERY PACKS
Battery packs include a fuel gauge which consists of four red LED lights to
indicate the level of charge remaining in the battery pack.
To actuate the fuel gauge, press the “POWER” button, the four LED will light up
to indicate the level of charge left. When the level of charge in the battery is
below the usable limit, the fuel gauge will not light up and the battery will need to
be recharged.
Temperature Dependent Overload Protection
When using as intended for, the tool cannot be overloaded. In case of
excessive loading or when exceeding the allowable battery temperature range
of 0 – 50°C, the speed is reduced or the tool switches off. In case of reduced
speed, the tool will not run at full speed until after reaching the allowable battery
temperature again. In case of automatic shut-off, switch the tool off, allow the
battery to cool down and then switch the tool on again.
Inserting Saw Blade
Important! Always remove the battery before you change the saw blade to
avoid unintentional starting of the tool.
The cordless jig saw has a keyless chuck so you do not need a key to lock the
tool bit in place. Make sure that the saw blade is not askew when it is inserted
and the chuck tightened.
1. Turn the saw blade lock to the side.
2. Push the saw blade into the slot in the chuck.
3. Release the saw blade lock to lock the blade.
NOTE: The teeth on the saw blade must face in the direction of the sawing.
4. To remove the saw blade – turn the saw blade lock to the side and take out
the blade.
Important! Danger!
Check the tight seating of the saw blade. A loose saw blade can fall out and
lead to injuries.
On/Off Switch
To start the tool, press on the lock-off button first to activate it, and then press
and hold the On/Off switch.

To switch off the tool, release the On/Off switch. Activate the lock-off button by
pressing on it.
Note: For safety reasons, the “on” switch couldn’t be locked; it must remain
pressed during operation. When you released the switch, it always on “off”
switch for energy saving.
Controlling the Stroke Rate
Increasing or reducing the pressure force on the On/Off switch enables stepless
stroke-rate control of the tool, light pressure force on the On/Off switch results
in a low stroke rate. The heavy pressure force will increases the stroke rate.
The required stroke rate is dependent on the material and the working
conditions and can be determined by a practical trial.
Reducing the stroke rate is recommended when the saw blade engages in the
material as well as when sawing plastic and aluminum.
After longer periods of work at low stroke rate, the tool might heat up
considerably. Remove the saw blade from the tool and allow the tool to cool
down by running it for approx. 3 minutes.
Adjusting the Cutting Angle
The base plate can be swiveled by 45° to the left or right for mitre cuts.
Loosen screw with hex key and slide the base plate in toward the battery to the
stop. For adjustment of precise mitre angles, the base plate has adjustment
notches on the left and right at 0° and 45°. Swivel the base plate to the desired
position according to the scale. Afterwards, push the base plate to the stop in
the direction of the saw blade.
Pendulum Action Settings
This jig saw is design with six pendulum actions, the settings allow for optimal
adaptation of cutting speed, cutting capacity and cutting pattern to the material
being sawed.
NOTE: Metal or hardwoods should never be cut in pendulum action.
To adjust the cutting action, move the cutting action lever from the six cutting
positions: 0 to 6.
Contact Protector
The contact protector attached to the casing prevents accident touching of the
saw blade during the working procedure, don’t remove.
Operation for working
Please use a qualified jig saw accessory products, choose the "T" handle saw
blade, and confirm the specifications of the product assembly size.
1. Plunge Cutting
Plunge cuts may only be applied to soft materials, such as wood, gypsum
plaster boards, etc.
Use only short saw blades for plunge cutting. Plunge cutting is possible only
with the mitre angle set at 0°.

Place the tool with the front edge of the base plate on to the workpiece without
the saw blade touching the workpiece and switch on. For machines with stroke
rate control, select the maximum stroke rate. Firmly hold the machine against
the workpiece and by tilting the tool, slowly plunge the saw blade into the
workpiece.
When the base plate fully lays on the workpiece, continue sawing along the
desired cutting line.
2. Sawing in metal
Use a high speed setting for cutting soft metals (aluminum, copper, brass, mild
steel, galvanized. pipe, conduit sheet metal, etc.).
Use lower speed to cut plastics, tile, laminate, hard metals, and cast.
When sawing in thin sheet metal, a thin wooden board should be placed under
the metal and sawn together with the metal to prevent the metal from bending.
Note that the jigsaw must be able to move freely before it will cut into the
material. Do not push the jigsaw in the direction of the cut during the sawing. To
simplify the sawing and make the metal saw blade last longer, apply a little oil to
the cut.
Attention!
For the working of smaller or thin work pieces, use a stable foundation or a saw
table. Before sawing with saw blades in wood, particle board, building materials,
etc., check these for foreign objects such as nails, screws, or similar. If required,
remove foreign objects.
Maintenance and Clean
Attention! Always remove the battery before carrying out any work on the
machine.
To clean, always use a dry or moist, but not wet, towel. Many cleaning agents
contain chemical substances which may cause damage to the plastic parts of
the machine. Therefore do not use any strong or inflammable cleaners such as
petrol, paint thinner, turpentine or similar cleaning agents.
Always keep air ventilation holes free of dust deposits to prevent overheating.

一般的安全規則

1) 工作區域

2) 電器安全

帶有電流式漏電斷路器（RCD）裝置的設備, 降低電擊的危險.
3) 個人安全
a) 工作期間，時刻保持清醒意識及並瞭解一般使用常識，不要在過度勞累
時或飲酒及用藥後操作，否則會導致嚴重的人身傷害。
b) 操作時，需使用安全設備，如眼罩.防塵口罩，防滑安全鞋，安全帽，
聽力保護裝置，在適當的條件下使用能減少人身傷害.
c) 避免突然起動。確保接入電源或電池時啟動開關處於關閉狀態，否則可
能導致事故
d) 啟動前務必移除調整電動工具使用的配件或扳手，因其工作時可能導致
人身傷害.
e) 不要將手伸得過長，使用時保持適當距離與適當的平衡，如此較能控制

f) 穿著適宜，不要穿寬鬆衣服或佩戴首飾。讓您的頭髮，衣服和手套遠離

4) 電動工具的使用及維護
a) 不要濫用電動工具。正確使用電動工具。會使你工作更有效率，更安全

5) 電池的使用及維護
a) 充電時請使用製造商原裝的充電器，不適合的充電器可能會造成火災.
b) 請使用指定的電池包，任何其他電池包的使用可能造成機器損壞和火災
的危險。
c) 當電池組不使用時，避免與其他金屬物體，如迴紋針，硬幣，鑰匙，釘
子，螺絲或其他小金屬物體連接電池端子，引起短路，這樣可能導致灼
傷或引起火災.
d) 在惡劣環境下，電池裏的液體可能會滲出，請勿接觸。如果發生意外接
觸，用清水沖洗。如果眼睛接觸液體，請立即就醫。
6) 服務
本電動工具的維修或更換零件需專業維修人員服務。這將確保電動工具的安全性
關於多功能電鋸的特別安全公告
1. 在牆壁、地板或類似物開始任何工作前，請確保工作區域中的所有電源線在
主配電板處關閉。
2. 在電動工具工作之前，請用金屬探測器檢查一下，避免在切割時碰到電源線、
天然氣管道及水管. 如有疑問請聯繫專業電工或您的公用事業供應商。

5. 當電動工具和部件過熱時，需有充足的時間冷卻後再操作，並佩戴適當的防
護裝備。
6. 雙手必須遠離切割範圍，手不可以握在工件下端，如果不小心碰觸了鋸片可
能被割傷。
7. 先開動電動工具後再把工具放置在工件上切割，如果電動工具被夾在工件
中，會有反擊的危險。
8. 切割時必須把底盤正確地放置在工件上。鋸片如果歪斜了，可能斷裂或者造
成反擊。
9. 工作告一段落時，必須先關閉電動工具並等待機器完全靜止冷卻一段時間
後，才可以從鋸縫中拔出鋸刀。如此不但可以防止反擊，而且可以防止燙傷。
10. 只能使用未受損，功能正常的鋸片。彎曲或變鈍的鋸片可能斷裂，對鋸痕造
成負面影響或導致反彈。
11. 關機後不可以側壓鋸片來制止仍然繼續轉動的鋸片，鋸片可能因此受損、斷
裂或者造成反擊。
12. 固定好工件:使用固定裝置或老虎鉗固定工件，會比用手持握工件更牢固。
13. 等待電動工具完全靜止後才能夠放下機器。
關於可充電電池的安全公告
只能使用本公司提供的充電電池。
保持電池和充電器乾燥。不要將充電器在潮濕的戶外充電。當不使用和維修清潔
充電器前，請拔掉電源插頭。請特別注意保護電池，避免跌落到任何堅硬的地面
上，不使其受到壓力或任何其他形式的機械應力。電池須遠離極熱和極冷的環境。
不要打開或試圖修復電池或充電器。如果任何部件有缺陷，需由合格的維修技術
人員維修或送我們的服務部維修。適當的充電環境溫度在10℃到40℃之間，已充
電的電池可以在0℃到50℃環境溫度條件工作。如不使用時，請將電池儲存在乾
燥的環境。
重要! 危險! 切勿短路電池或將其置於濕氣中。勿將電池與可能造成短路的金
屬存儲在一起。電池可能發生過熱現象，開始燃燒甚至爆炸.
如果不慎接觸到電池內部液體，請立即用水沖洗。如果這些物質接觸眼睛，請立
即用水沖洗，並立即就醫。
不要將充電電池放入水中或火中。它可能發生爆炸。可充電電池不能當生活垃圾
丟棄，不論使用或不使用。您應該按照電池回收條例送回到當地電池回收點或交
回給我們並標明“使用過之電池”。
環境保護
廢棄的帶電產品切勿直接扔進垃圾箱，而是回收到政府設立的相應回收站內。

本電動工具可以在穩固的底墊上，進行切割、挖割。適用的材料包括木材、塑膠、
金屬、陶片和橡膠等。本電動工具不僅能夠鋸直角，也可以鋸彎角，最大彎角角
度可達45度。
充電
本產品為鋰離子電池,首次使用請盡可能將可充電電池使用完。
1. 首先取下電池包，電池包上面的”+”,”-”符號，對準充電座上的”+”,”-”
符號方向，將電池包平直插入充電座到底，再連接充電電源插頭，自動開始充電。
2. 電池包在充電狀態時，充電座上左邊的紅燈會亮起，充電時間大約1~1.5小時，
電力充滿之後，紅燈熄滅，右邊的綠燈會亮起，請移除充電電源插頭。

電池電量顯示
電池包配有電量顯示功能，由四個紅色LED燈組成，用於指示電池包中剩餘的電
量。請按住”POWER”按鈕，LED燈會亮起指示剩餘電量。當剩餘電量低於可
用極限，則LED燈不會點亮，電池包需要進行充電作業。
溫控的過載保護裝置
依照規定在正常狀況下使用電動工具，機器不會過載。但是在強烈負載的狀況下
或者電池的溫度在許可溫度範圍（攝氏0–50度）以外，電動工具會自動關閉。 如
果機器以低轉速繼續運作，必須等待電池的溫度恢復到許可的溫度範圍內，才能
夠再度以最高轉速運轉。
安裝、更換配件
本線鋸機有鋸片快脫裝置,不需要輔助工具。請確保線鋸機配件品質完好，扳起鋸
片快脫裝置後, 將鋸齒朝著切割方向推入衝擊杆底部，然後鬆開鋸片快脫裝置，
裝置會自動回彈並鎖住鋸片，若要取出配件，扳起鋸片夾頭快脫裝置，然後拿出
配件即可.
注意!
請確認鋸片是否已經裝牢。 鬆動的鋸片可能掉落並傷害您。
鋸背要套入導引輪的凹槽中。
啟動開關
先按住雙向安全控制鎖然后再按壓啟動開關，線鋸機即開始工作，若要關閉機器，
鬆開啟動開關即可停止工作；
控制衝擊次數
您可以無段式調節電動工具的衝擊次數。啟動開關上的施力大小，可以決定沖擊
次數的高低，輕按啟動開關沖擊次數低，按得越緊沖擊次數越高。
正確的衝擊次數必須視工件物料和工作狀況而定。唯有實際操作才能找出最合適
的衝擊次數。鋸割塑膠、鋁片時最好降低衝擊次數。
使用低衝擊次數長期工作之後，電動工具會變熱。此時得先取出鋸片，然後讓電
動工具以最大衝擊次數運作約 3 分鐘以幫助冷卻。
調整切割角度
本產品配有內六角扳手，可鬆開底板螺絲並調整底板角度進行斜角鋸割，斜角角
度範圍為0~15°~30°~45°，調整到需要的位置後再鎖緊底板螺絲即可。
調整擺動幅度
您可以調節擺幅旋鈕來調整擺動幅度，擺幅調整旋鈕共有6檔，0檔擺動幅度最小，
適合精細切割（例如鐵板。瓷磚等較硬材質），逐漸撥動擺幅旋鈕，擺動幅度也
會跟著增加，5檔擺動幅度最大，適合快速切割（例如木材、塑料等較軟材質）。

防割傷裝置
安裝在機器上的防割傷裝置，可以防止操作者在工作時因為疏忽而碰觸鋸片， 因
此不可以將它拆除。
操作使用
請使用合格的線鋸機配件產品，鋸片需為“T”柄鋸片, 並確認規格符合本產品的
裝配尺寸.
1. 切入(潛鋸)
切入的方式只能應用在木材、石膏夾板等較軟的物料。請使用較短的鋸片且角度
為0度時進行。
當需要切割的位置位於工件中間而不是邊緣, 請先將底盤的前端靠在待切位置
上，鋸片不可以接觸工件，接著再開動電動工具。慢慢用力地將鋸片切入工件中，
直到整個底盤貼穩在工件表面后，便可以沿著鋸線繼續鋸割。
2. 鋸割金屬
使用高速設定切割軟金屬，例如鋁、銅、黃銅、低碳鋼、鍍鋅管、管道金屬板等）。
使用較低的速度切割塑料，例如瓷磚、層壓板、硬金屬和鑄造鐵。
當在薄金屬板上進行鋸切時，應在金屬下放置薄木板，並與金屬一起鋸切，以防
止金屬彎曲。
注意，線鋸必須能夠在切入材料之前自由移動。在鋸切期間，不要在鋸切方向上
推動鋸線。為了簡化鋸切並使金屬鋸條持續更長時間，對切割施加一點油。
切割金屬類物料時由於物料溫度升高較快，建議在鋸割線上塗抹冷卻劑或直接冷
水降溫。
注意：使用前請確保鋸片安裝固定良好。
鋸割小的或薄的工件時必須使用牢固的墊架固定好工件。
鋸割木材、夾板以及其它建材之前，請先檢查工件中是否隱藏了異物，例如釘子
和螺絲等。如果發現異物必須馬上拔除，以免損傷鋸片或其他危險發生。
維護和清潔
特別注意!
在電動工具上進行任何維護的工作（例如維修，更換工具等等），以及搬運、保
存電動工具之前，務必在非工作狀態及充電狀態下進行，務必取下機器上的工作
電池。
清潔時請使用乾燥或沾濕擰乾之毛巾。許多清潔劑含有化學物質，可能會損壞機
器的塑膠部件。所以，不要使用清潔力過強或易燃清洗劑，如汽油，油漆稀釋劑，
松節油或類似的清潔劑。

电动工具通用安全警告
警告！阅读所有警告和所有说明。不遵照以下警告和说明会导致电
击、着火和／或严重伤害。
保存所有警告和说明书以备查阅。
在所有下列的警告中术语“电动工具”指市电驱动（有线）电动工具或
电池驱动（无线）电动工具。
a)工作场地的安全
1) 保持工作场地清洁和明亮。混乱和黑暗的场地会引发事故。
2) 不要在易爆环境，如有易燃液体、气体或粉尘的环境下操作电动工
具。电动工具产生的火花会点燃粉尘或气体。
3) 让儿童和旁观者离开后操作电动工具。注意力不集中会使你失去对
工具的控制。
b) 电气安全
1) 电动工具插头必须与插座相配。绝不能以任何方式改装插头。需接
地的电动工具不能使用任何转换插头。未经改装的插头和相配的插
座将减少电击危险。
2) 避免人体接触接地表面，如管道、散热片和冰箱。如果你身体接地
会增加电击危险。
3) 不得将电动工具暴露在雨中或潮湿环境中。水进入电动工具将增加
电击危险。
4) 不得滥用电线。绝不能用电线搬运、拉动电动工具或拔出其插头。
使电线远离热源、油、锐边或运动部件。受损或缠绕的软线会增加
电击危险。
5) 当在户外使用电动工具时，使用适合户外使用的外接软线。适合户
外使用的软线将减少电击危险。
6) 如果在潮湿环境下操作电动工具是不可避免的，应使用剩余电流动
作保护器（RCD）。使用RCD可减小电击危险。
注： 术语“剩余电流动作保护器（RCD）”可以用“接地故障电路断路器（GFCI）”
和“接地泄漏电路断路器（ELCB）”术语代替。
c)人身安全
1) 保持警觉，当操作电动工具时关注所从事的操作并保持清醒。当你
感到疲倦，或在有药物、酒精或治疗反应时，不要操作电动工具。
在操作电动工具时瞬间的疏忽会导致严重人身伤害。

2) 使用个人防护装置。始终佩戴护目镜。安全装置，诸如适当条件下
使用防尘面具、防滑安全鞋、安全帽、听力防护等装置能减少人身
伤害。
3) 防止意外起动。确保开关在连接电源和/或电池盒、拿起或搬运工具
时处于关断位置。手指放在已接通电源的开关上或开关处于接通时
插入插头可能会导致危险。
4) 在电动工具接通之前，拿掉所有调节钥匙或扳手。遗留在电动工具
旋转零件上的扳手或钥匙会导致人身伤害。
5) 手不要伸展得太长。时刻注意立足点和身体平衡。这样在意外情况
下能很好地控制电动工具。
6) 着装适当。不要穿宽松衣服或佩戴饰品。让你的衣服、手套和头发
远离运动部件。宽松衣服、佩饰或长发可能会卷入运动部件中。
7) 如果提供了与排屑、集尘设备连接用的装置，要确保他们连接完好
且使用得当。使用这些装置可减少尘屑引起的危险。
d) 电动工具使用和注意事项
1) 不要滥用电动工具，根据用途使用适当的电动工具。选用适当设计
的电动工具会使你工作更有效、更安全。
2) 如果开关不能接通或关断工具电源，则不能使用该电动工具。不能
用开关来控制的电动工具是危险的且必须进行修理。
3) 在进行任何调节、更换附件或贮存电动工具之前，必须从电源上拔
掉插头和／或使电池盒与工具脱开。这种防护性措施将减少工具意
外起动的危险。
4) 将闲置不用的电动工具贮存在儿童所及范围之外，并且不要让不熟
悉电动工具或对这些说明不了解的人操作电动工具。电动工具在未
经培训的用户手中是危险的。
5) 保养电动工具。检查运动件是否调整到位或卡住，检查零件破损情
况和影响电动工具运行的其他状况。如有损坏，电动工具应在使用
前修理好。许多事故由维护不良的电动工具引发。
6) 保持切削刀具锋利和清洁。保养良好的有锋利切削刃的刀具不易卡
住而且容易控制。
7) 按照使用说明书，考虑作业条件和进行的作业来使用电动工具、附
件和工具的刀头等。将电动工具用于那些与其用途不符的操作可能
会导致危险。
e）电池式工具使用和注意事项
1) 只用制造商规定的充电器充电。将适用于某种电池盒的充电器用
到其他电池盒时会发生着火危险。

2) 只使用配有特制电池盒的电动工具。使用其他电池盒会发生损坏
和着火危险。
3) 当电池盒不用时，将它远离其他金属物体，例如回形针、硬币、
钥匙、钉子、螺钉或其他小金属物体，以防一端与另一端连接。
电池端部短路会引起燃烧或火灾。
4) 在滥用条件下，液体会从电池中溅出；避免接触。如果无意间碰
到了，用水冲洗。如果液体碰到了眼睛，还要寻求医疗帮助。从
电池中溅出的液体会发生腐蚀或燃烧。
f）维修
1) 让专业维修人员使用特定备件维修电动工具。这将保证所维修的
电动工具的安全。
电动工具附加安全警告
警告！
在切削附件可能触及暗线或自身软线之处进行操作时，要通过绝缘握持
面来握持工具。切削附件碰到带电导线会使工具外露的金属零件带电从
而使操作者受到电击。
请使用夹具或采取其它可行的方法，把工件可靠地固定在稳定的平台
上。手持或用身体顶住 工件都是不稳定的，会导致操作失控。
剩余风险
使用设备时，可能出现本安全警示之外的其他剩余风险。 这些风险可能来
自使用不当，使用时间过长等。尽管遵守了相关的安全法规并采用了安 全
装备，某些风险仍然是无法避免的。这些风险包括：
接触旋转/运动部件时所导致的伤害风险。
更换部件或配件时所导致的伤害风险。
长期使用工具所导致的伤害风险。 长期使用任 何工具时，均应定期休
息。
听力损伤。
因吸入操作设备所产生的粉尘而导致的健康 危害。
警告！ 为降低伤害风险，用户必须阅读 使用手册。
关于多功能电锯的特别安全公告
1. 在墙壁、地板或类似物开始任何工作前，请确保工作区域中的所有电源线在

主配电板处关闭。
2. 在电动工具工作之前，请用金属探测器检查一下，避免在切割时碰到电源线、
天然气管道及水管. 如有疑问请联系专业电工或您的公用事业供货商。
3. 工作时请握住电动工具的绝缘部位，以免当电动工具接触到隐藏的电线时，
金属部位会导电，可能造成操作者触电。
4. 使用时请佩戴护耳罩，暴露于噪音下可能导致听力损失。
5. 当电动工具和部件过热时，需有充足的时间冷却后再操作，并佩戴适当的防
护装备。
6. 双手必须远离切割范围，手不可以握在工件下端，如果不小心碰触了锯片可
能被割伤。
7. 先开动电动工具后再把工具放置在工件上切割，如果电动工具被夹在工件
中，会有反击的危险。
8. 切割时必须把底盘正确地放置在工件上。锯片如果歪斜了，可能断裂或者造
成反击。
9. 工作告一段落时，必须先关闭电动工具并等待机器完全静止冷却一段时间
后，才可以从锯缝中拔出锯刀。如此不但可以防止反击，而且可以防止烫伤。
10. 只能使用未受损，功能正常的锯片。弯曲或变钝的锯片可能断裂，对锯痕造
成负面影响或导致反弹。
11. 关机后不可以侧压锯片来制止仍然继续转动的锯片，锯片可能因此受损、断
裂或者造成反击。
12. 固定好工件:使用固定装置或老虎钳固定工件，会比用手持握工件更牢固。
13. 等待电动工具完全静止后才能够放下机器。
关于可充电电池的安全公告
只能使用本公司提供的充电电池。
保持电池和充电器干燥。不要将充电器在潮湿的户外充电。当不使用和维修清洁
充电器前，请拔掉电源插头。请特别注意保护电池，避免跌落到任何坚硬的地面
上，不使其受到压力或任何其他形式的机械应力。电池须远离极热和极冷的环境。
不要打开或试图修复电池或充电器。如果任何部件有缺陷，需由合格的维修技术
人员维修或送我们的服务部维修。适当的充电环境温度在10℃到40℃之间，已充
电的电池可以在0℃到50℃环境温度条件工作。如不使用时，请将电池储存在干
燥的环境。
重要! 危险! 切勿短路电池或将其置于湿气中。勿将电池与可能造成短路的
金属存储在一起。电池可能发生过热现象，开始燃烧甚至爆炸.
如果不慎接触到电池内部液体，请立即用水冲洗。如果这些物质接触眼睛，请立
即用水冲洗，并立即就医。
不要将充电电池放入水中或火中。它可能发生爆炸。可充电电池不能当生活垃圾
丢弃，不论使用或不使用。您应该按照电池回收条例送回到当地电池回收点或交
回给我们并标明“使用过之电池”。

按照规定使用机器
