before using the product.
SAFETY INSTRUMENT
Permitted use
• Measuring distances
• Computing functions, e. g. areas.
• Indirect Measuring with Pythagorean Theorem.
Prohibited use
• Using the instrument without instruction
• Using outside the stated limits
• Deactivation of safety systems and removal of
explanatory and hazard labels
• Opening of the equipment by using tools (screwdrivers,
etc.), as far as not specifically permitted for certain cases
• Carrying out modification or convers ion of the product
• Use after misappropriation
• Use of accessories from other manufacturers without the
express approval of PROKIT'S INDUSTRIES CO., LTD.
• Deliberate or irresponsible behav ior on scaffolding, when
using ladders, when measuring near machines which are
running, or near parts of machines or installations which
are unprotected
• Aiming directly into the sun
• Deliberate dazzling of third parties; also in the dark
• Inadequate safeguards at the surveying site (e.g. when
measuring on roads, construction sites, etc.)

Laser cla
ssification
The NT-6540 produced a visible laser beam which
emerges from the front of the instrument.
Laser Class 2 products:
Do not stare into the laser beam or direct it towards other
people unnecessarily. Eye protection is normally afforded
by aversion responses including the blink reflex.
WARNING:
Looking directly into the beam with optical aids
(e.g. binoculars, telescopes) can be hazardous.
PRECAUTION:
Do not look directly into the beam with optical aids.
CAUTION:
Looking into the laser beam may be hazardous to the
eyes.
PRECAUTION:
Do not look into the laser beam. Make sure the laser is
aimed above or below eye level.

Remark
[1] Applies for 100 % target reflectivity (white painted wall),
low background illumination, 25 °C.
[2] Applies for 10 to 500 % target reflectivity, high
background illumination, -10 °C to +50 °C.
[3] Tolerances apply from 0.1m to 10 m with a confidence
level of 95 %. The tolerance may deteriorate to 0.15
mm/m between 10 m to 30 m and to 0.2 mm/m for
distances above 30 m
[4] During daylight or if the target has poor reflection properties!
[5] In favorable conditions (good target surface properties, room
temperature) up to 40m.
[6] In unfavorable conditions, such as intense sunshine, poorly
reflecting target surface (black surface) or high temperature
variations, the deviation over distances above 10m may increase
more.
[7] If the instrument is not operated for a long time, please
take out the battery to avoid leakage.
Operation and setting
1. Switching on and off

to switch on the device and laser.

Long press to switch off the device when it’s on.
2. Clear
Press
once to cancel the last action or clear the
historical data, while taking measurements.
3. Measuring
Press
to activate the laser. Press again to trigger
the distance measurement. The measured value is
displayed immediately.
4. Area
Press
twice, the symbol appears in the display.
Press
to take the first length measurement (e.g.
length). Press again to take the second length
measurement (e.g. width).
5. Indirect Measurement -Pythago rean
Press
once, the symbol appears in the display.
Then take the first and second length, the result is
displayed on the summary line .
6. Historical storage
Long press
to show the historical 10 records in
reverse order. Press
and to bro wse the record.
Press the
button to exit.

鐳射等級
NT-6540 設有可見鐳射，並從儀器的前端發射。
本產品屬於二級鐳射產品。
二級鐳射產品：
不要直視鐳射光束，在不必要的情況下不要瞄準他人。眼睛會本能
地通過轉視或眨眼等行為來保護眼睛。
警告：
通過光學鏡片（如：目鏡，望遠鏡等）直視鐳射光束，會對
眼睛造成危害。
預防措施：
不要通過光學鏡片直視鐳射光束。
小心：
用眼睛直視鐳射光束會對眼睛造成危害。
預防措施：
不要直視鐳射光束。注意使镭射光束在眼睛的上或下方射過。
（特別是在將儀器固定在機械設備上等情況下）。

[3] 公差適用於 0.1 m 到 10 m，置信水準為 95 ％。距離為 10 m 到
30 m 時，公差可能為小於 0.15 mm/m，而距離超過 30 m 時，

[4] 在日光或者目標反光不好的情況下，請使用覘板或者較好的放
射面！
[5] 在良好的測量條件下（良好的測量表面，室溫,室內光照）可至

過大，誤差會增大。
[7] 如果長時間不使用，應取出電池，防止電池漏液腐蝕儀錶

操作說明
1) 開啟和關閉：按 開啟儀器，長按 關閉儀器。
2) 清除：
當測量時，最後一個指令或者資料被取消。
3) 測量：按
鍵，啟動鐳射。再按此鍵，觸發測量。測量結
果立即顯示在顯示幕上。
4) 面積測量：按
鍵一次，圖示 將顯示在顯示幕內。按
鍵分別測量長、寬，面積結果將顯示在螢幕上。
5)
間接測量：連按
鍵兩次，圖示 將顯示在顯示幕內，按
鍵分別測量斜邊與直角邊的長度，另一直角邊將會顯示在螢
幕上。
6)
查看歷史儲存值：長按
按鍵，最後 10 個測量或計算資料逆
序顯示出來。按
與 可以上翻閱，按鍵 退出歷史記錄。
