The contents of the manual includes instructions
for use and maintenance of the machine, as
well as how to solve small breakdowns that may
arise.
Is recommended before operating the automatic
load tray will carefully read the manual to can
avoid damage to the automatic load tray because
of misuse.
This manual must go always with the automatic
load tray.
Every automatic load tray have a label with
the identifi cation number and the reference.
Keep these numbers so that they can tell the
manufacturer / distributor if necessary.

2.8 Manual override
In the event of damage to some electrical
components the automatic load tray must operate
in manual mode as follows:
System for setting the table
Unlock hooks fi xing the stretcher bar unblocking
pushing back.
NOTE: the stretcher is fully released so that must
be restrained in some way in the case of
not being in horizontal position.
Drive system
Raise the stretcher attached by tow hooks
provided by the handle. The operation it from
the top of the engine.
NOTE: don’t toggle the handle without emergency
stop activated.
Tilt system
Remove one of the axes of rotation of actuator
and let loose. Once released, press the lever
for manual located in the rear of the bed to tilt
manually.
NOTE: to return the actuator shaft to press the
lever in the hand to avoid damaging the

motion will occur while the switch is tight)
Declive position in the actuator reaches the end
of tour and heard a noise that does not involve
any risk of damage to the machine.
The automatic load tray incorporates one LED in
the cover of the engine that indicates the ope-
rating status and have the following codes:
A pulse every 2 seconds: is ok.
. Sequence of 1 pulse: trolling motor error.
. Sequence of 2 pulses: tilt actuator error.
. Sequence of 3 pulses: feed error (<10V)
. Sequence of 4 pulses: encoder error.
. Sequence of 5 pulses: blocked leg detection
. Seq. of 6 pulses: Emergency Stop Activated
Also incorporates an acoustic signal to advise of

Operation
2.1 Unpacking ang installation
Is recommended check the automatic load tray
before its installation. In case found any problem
please contact immediately to the distributor.
In every automatic load tray will receive a fuse
to be installed in the ambulance to protect
equipment as well as a battery master switch.
Make sure that the bed will arrive at full load
and 12V with an inferior voltage the system can
be blocked.
Set the automatic load tray on the fl oor of the
ambulance by 8 screws with a hardness less
than 10.9. Make sure that the fastening stress is
evenly distributed, recommended install a steel
plate on the underside of the fl oor area of at
least of 300*200*8.
For adjusting the height of the load set by the
two stops located at the bottom of the platform.
Ensure that the guide wheels of the stretcher are
placed at the end of the steel tray. Once they
graduate mechanical stops adjust the detector
in one of them for the proper functioning of the
system.
NOTE: not grade the bank at less than it could
cause serious damage to the stretcher.

Removal of the stretcher of the ambulance
. Toggle extraction and removing the platform
longitudinally
. Press the button to download (the fi rst pla-
tform tilts to the default position and then
draw the table).
Enter the stretcher in the ambulance
. Push the stretcher until the hooks hold it up
(the table begin to move into the platform and
placed in horizontal position).
. Toggle extraction and enter the platform longi-
tudinally.
or
. Toggle the load switch.
NOTE: while the table is rising push the relea-
se lever of the rear leg of the stretcher
because otherwise they can cause serious
damage.

2.1.2 Regulating of the load position
To graduate the load position it must remove the
caps located in the posterior of the automatic
load tray. To determinate this position you have
to put the automatic load tray in loading position
(point 2.5.) and submit the stretcher to the front
legs touch the automatic load tray . Hooks in
place the load must be ahead of the tie bar of
the stretcher to prevent damage.
To determinate the stopping distance of the hooks
you must fi t the stretcher with the hooks since
the stretcher be completely in the automatic
load tray. Once determinate the position you
must graduate the limit switcher located in the
front of the automatic load tray and remove the
3rd posterior anchorage point.
If you alter any of the above two parameters have
to graduate the course of the hooks. To do it you
must have the hooks in the stopping position (with
the limit switched down), press the emergency
button and press the regulation button located in
the electronic card for 5 seconds since the state
led of the card fl ash with rapid pulse. Then use
