РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО РЕМОНТУ ИЗДЕЛИЙ “MDD-710”, “MDD-710T”,
“PAV-1510”, “PAV-1510T”.
ПРОФИЛАКТИЧЕСКИЕ РАБОТЫ.
Перед проведением измерений на плате проигрывателя необходимо провести
профилактические работы на самом проигрывателе, а именно:
проверить оттиск контактов на гибком шлейфе в разъёме JP11 к электродвигателю осевого вращения. Оттиск контактов должен быть хорошо виден на каждой дорожке шлейфа;
извлечь лазерную головку, предварительно сняв плату блока проигрывателя, и почистить её оптику, а также проверить шлейф лазерной головки на предмет смятия в месте (см. фото “DSCN4642”);
надфилем сточить кромки металлической пластины со стороны касания её шлейфом лазерной головки (см. фото “DSCN4643”) на предмет удаления на ней металлических зазубрин образованных в процессе штамповки;
установить лазерную головку и плату на свои места.
ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ ИЗМЕРЕНИЙ.
1.Проверка токов потребления лазерами CD и DVD:
цепь питания CD контролируется как падение напряжения на параллельно соединённых резисторах RA24 и RA25 установленных на плате блока проигрывателя и должно составлять 0,2 В. (+/-10%); цепь питания DVD контролируется как падение напряжения на параллельно соединённых резисторах RA23 и RA22 установленных на плате блока проигрывателя и должно составлять 0,12 В. (+/-10%);
2.Проверка и контроль сигнала RF при работе лазеров проводится на контрольной точке (площадке), обозначенной на плате проигрывателя как “TP17”, при этом буква T не видна и должен составлять не менее 0,5 В. в размахе. Контрольная точка находится возле начала второй стороны видеопроцессора ALIM3355.
ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ РЕГУЛИРОВОЧНЫХ РАБОТ С ЛАЗЕРНОЙ ГОЛОВКОЙ Регулировочные резисторы тока потребления
головке. Месторасположение каждого, а также направление их вращения для изменения тока потребления в ту или иную сторону указано на фото “Регулировочные резисторы”.
