SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Get
medical attention if irritation persists. INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If symptoms develop, seek immediate
medical attention. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. INGESTION: In the unlikely event of
swallowing: Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not
induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Never give anything by mouth to an

SECTION VII - PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING AND USE
Releases or Spills: Remove all sources of ignition and ventilate area. Soak up spill with an inert absorbent
and place into a designated disposal container. Consult local regulatory agency for proper disposition of
material.
Waste Disposal Method: Do not puncture or incinerate containers. If empty: Place in trash or offer for
recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP for disposal
instructions. Dispose of container in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Disposal
regulations may be different for each state and/or locality.
Handling And Storing: Do not breathe vapors or spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.. Wash

SECTION VIII - EMPLOYEE PROTECTION
Respiratory Protection (Type): None required if good ventilation is maintained. If exposure exceeds
occupational exposure limits (Sec. II), use a NIOSH approved respirator to prevent overexposure.
Ventilation: General ventilation is adequate under normal conditions; mechanical ventilation is optional.
Protective Gloves: Chemical resistant gloves are recommended – consult glove manufacturer to determine the
proper type for a specific operation.
Eye Protection: Safety glasses are recommended.
Other Protective Clothing or Equipment: Wear impervious clothing to prevent skin contact.
Work/Hygienic Practices: Ensure strict sanitary conditions are conformed to when working around chemicals.
Protective clothing and equipment should be in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.132 and CFR 1910.133.
