SAFETY WARNING
1. Some electronic devices are susceptible to
electromagnetic interference sent by PEM330 Mini
PCIE Card if inadequately shielded, such as
electronic system of vehicles. Please consult the
manufacturer of the device before using the
PEM330 Mini PCIE Card if necessary.
2. Operating of PEM330 Mini PCIE Card may interfere
with medical devices like hearing aides and
pacemakers. Please always keep the card more
than 20 centimeters away from such medical
devices when the card is powered on. Powe r off the
PEM330 Mini PCIE Card if necessary. Consult a
physician or the manufacturer on the medical device
before using the PEM330 Mini PCIE C ard.
3. Do not use PEM330 Mini PCIE Card a t gas station.
4. Be aware of the usage limitation when us ing a
PEM330 Mini PCIE Card at places such as oil
warehouses or chemical factories, where there are
explosive gases or explosive products being
processed. Do not use the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card
if necessary.
5. Store the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card out of the reach
of little children. The PEM330 Mi ni PCIE Card may
cause injury if used as a toy.
6. Please use original accessories that are authorized
by the manufacturer. Using any una uthorized
accessories may affect your PEM330 Mini PCIE
Card’s performance, and violate related national
regulations about telecom terminals.
7. Avoid using the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card near
metallic structure device or establishment that can
emit electromagnet wave. O th erwise it may influence
receiving of signals.
8. The PEM330 Mini PCIE Card is non-waterproof,
please keep it dry and store in shady and cool place.
9. Don’t use the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card immediately
after sudden temperature change. In such case,
there will be dew inside and outside the card, so
don’t use it until it becomes dry.
10. Take the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card carefully. Don’t
drop, bend or strike it to avoid destructive damage.
11. No dismantling by non-prof essional and only
qualified maintainer can undertake repair work.
12. Please power off PEM330 Mini PCIE Card before
the airplane takes off. In order to protect airplane’s
communication system from interference, it is never
allowed to use PEM330 Mini PCIE Card when it is in
flight. Using it before the plane taking off should get
aircrew’s permission according to safety re gulations.

INSTALLATION
1. Insert the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card into laptop:
Insert the PEM330 Mini PCIE Card into Mini PCIE
port of laptop and install the relative antenna, if
user don’t install the antenna, the PEM330 Mini
PCIE Card can’t be used.

2. Insert the SIM/USIM card into the laptop:
REMOVE DEVICE SAFELY
You are required to shutdown your Notebook/Netbook
and remove the battery (if possible), before you
remove the PEM330 Mini Card.
SETUP MODEM PC MANAGER
(Applicable to Windows® platform only)
1. Insert Setup CD to your CD/DVD-ROM, the
installation program will initial automatically, refer
below illustration:
2. Select “I accept the terms of the license
agreement” and click button “Next” to begin the
installation program, refer below illustration:
3. Installation program will be initialized until full
completion as below illustration showing:
4. When installation is completed, the ‘PROLiNK 3G
Modem PC Manager’ will be launched
automatically as below illustration:
5. A shortcut of the ‘PROLiNK 3G Modem PC
Manager’ will be generated at your desktop as
below illustration:
