This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using this appliance for the first time, clean all accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and
dry thoroughly.
ASSEMBLY
WAR NIN G: ALWAYS make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before assembly and
disassembly.
Place the appliance on a fat stable surface.
Mixer Assembly
1. Press the head release lever to lift the head unit.
2. Place the mixing bowl into the recessed bowl locator. Twist the mixing bowl clockwise to lock
it into place.
3. Attach the bowl cover to the head unit to prevent ingredients from splashing out during
operation. Turn it clockwise until it locks in place.

4. Place the accessory into the accessory socket. Rotate the accessory screw head anticlockwise
to secure into place.
5. Press the head release lever and lower the head unit.
Blender Assembly
Remove the cover from blender attachment opening by turning it anticlockwise.
Fit the blender onto the opening by turning it clockwise until it locks in place.
Meat Grinder/Sausage Maker Assembly
1. Remove the cover from the meat grinder
attachment opening by lifting it up.
2. Fit the grinder body to the opening.

Keep the button next to the opening pressed and rotate the grinder body
anticlockwise until it is fixed to the appliance.
3. Insert the feed screw, long metal end first, into the front end of the grinder body.
4. Place the cutter, blade side facing out, over the base of the stem on the feed screw.
5. Fit one of the grinding plate onto the feed screw stem.
To make sausage, fit the sausage nozzle fixer first and then fit the long or small
sausage nozzle over the nozzle fixer.
6. Fit the nut ring over the grinding plate or sausage nozzle and turn the nut ring clockwise
until it is secured to the grinder body.
7. Fit the tray into the grinder body.

Low to medium speed settings for making bread dough
Use the dough hook or beater to mix and knead yeast doughs.
It is recommended that the maximum amount of flour and water to be used is 1000g for
flour and 600ml for water. First put flour and then pour water in the bowl.
The ingredients should be mixed at a lower speed for 30 seconds, and then the speed
increased to a medium speed for additional 3-5 minutes. (Max: 5-minute continuous use,
allow the appliance to cool down between two consecutive cycles.)

Full speed for making cakes and icings
Use the whisk to whisk egg whites and creams for about 10 minutes at full speed.
The maximum number of egg whites is 4.
Full speed for mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids
Use the beater to mix the ingredients at full speed for about 10 minutes.
Pulse
Hold the speed/pulse selector on “P” to pulse for short bursts.
Blender function
1. Remove the lid and add appropriate ingredients to the blender jug.
2. Press the lid firmly into place.
You may add ingredients by removing the inner cap. Replace the inner cap after adding
ingredients.
3. Follow the table below to select the required speed setting.

To remove the blender, turn it anticlockwise and then lift it up.
Grinding meat/Making sausage
1. Cut meat into cubes (about 20 mm x 20 mm).
2. Turn the speed selector to a lower speed.
3. Drop the meat cubes into the feed tube. Use the pusher to push the food through the feed
tube.
To make sausage, open up the sausage casing and pull it over the sausage nozzle leaving
approximately 5 cm overhanging at the end. Create sausages by turning the speed selector to 0
and twisting the casing.
NOTE:
Thaw all frozen meat thoroughly before grinding.
Be sure to refrigerate any ground meats immediately.

Recommendation of selecting the grinding plate
Fine plate – used for finely ground textured food, such as pâté, baby food and hamburger.
Medium plate – used for medium ground textured food, such as meat for sausage, meatballs or
meatloaf.
Coarse plate – used for coarse ground textured food, such as ground beef.
Slicing/Shredding Vegetable
1. Place a bowl large enough to catch the ingredients to be processed under the
slicer/shredder.
2. To use the slicer/shredder, lift the food pusher and place food in the food chute. Turn the speed
selector to a lower speed and push down on food pusher.
Cones and their uses
Fine shredder: Finely shreds hard and crisp vegetables, such as carrots,
turnips, potatoes, celery, firm cold cheese and dry bread.
Coarse shredder: Coarsely shreds carrots, celery, onions, fruits, nuts or
chocolate.
Thick slicer: Give a thick slice to firm foods. Suitable for vegetables that are to
be steamed, fried or creamed.
Thin slicer: Thinly slices vegetables for cole slaw, potato chips, bread and
butter pickles, sliced to cucumbers, radishes and celery.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Ensure the appliance has cooled completely before cleaning.
Disassemble the accessories.
Wash the accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from
different types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when
dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of
food poisoning /cross contamination.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.
