(ICON), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. ICON's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at ICON's option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. All products for which warranty claim is made must be received by ICON at one of its authorized service centers with all freight and other transportation charges prepaid, accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by ICON. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by an ICON authorized service center, products used for commercial or rental purposes, or products used as store display models. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by ICON.

ICON is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Attach the nozzle of the included air pump to the valve on the Inflatable Cover (1) and fill the Inflatable Cover with air.

Do not overfill the Inflatable Cover.

Make sure the cutout on the Inflatable Cover is lined up with the warning label on the Spa Cover. Slide one of the

straps on the inside of the Spa Cover (2) through one of the loops on the Inflatable Cover (1). Attach the latch on the strap to the buckle on the other end. Attach the other three straps on the inside of the Spa Cover (2) through the loops on the Inflatable Cover (1) in the same manner. Place the Spa Cover over the spa and line up the cutout in the Inflatable Cover with the Console.

See the inset drawing. Position one of the Buckles (3) on the wood panels on the spa unit. Hold the Buckle in place so the strap on the Spa Cover (2) is tight. (Note: It may be easier to position the Buckle if a second person holds the strap on the opposite side of the Spa Cover tight.) The Spa Cover must be tight. Do

not place the Buckle over one of the grooves in the wood panels. Remove

the latch. Attach the Buckle to the side of the spa with two of the included #4 x 3/4Ó Screws (4). Note: It may be helpful to

use a drill with a 1/16Ó drill bit to make starter holes in the wood panels. You may also want to apply a little soap or wax to the screw threads.

Attach the other five Buckles (3) to the spa unit in the same manner.

SECURING THE SPA COVER

The spa cover can be secured by snapping the latches on the spa cover into the buckles on the side panels.

The buckles can be locked by inserting the key and turning it clockwise a quarter turn. To unlock the buckles, insert the key and turn it counterclockwise a quarter turn.

Always keep the buckles locked when the spa is not in use. Keep the keys in a safe place, out of the reach of children.

MAINTAINING THE SPA COVER

The spa cover should be cleaned monthly. To clean the spa cover, use water and a non-abrasive cleaner on the entire cover. Rinse the cover with a garden hose to remove any cleaner residue. Dry the cover entirely. You should also use a non-silicone based vinyl conditioner on the cover after you clean it. This will help protect the cover from sun damage.

DANGERÑTo reduce the risk of drowning: Always replace and lock the spa cover when the hydrotherapy spa is not in use.

Do not sit on the spa cover or place objects on it. It is not designed to support weight.

Remove any water or debris which may collect on the spa cover.
