Important Precautions

CAUTION: The vibration massage should not be used for
longer than 20 minutes per session. Continuous usage could
cause bruises.

CAUTION: If you are pregnant or have serious back injuries
or chronic back pain, consult a physician before using this or
any other back therapy product.

CAUTION: You must bend your knees when lying down and
using this product. Back injury may result from the failure to
do so.

Installing Batteries

Using the Back Relaxer Plus

Place the back relaxer on a flat, comfortable surface. Sit down and lay
your back over the back relaxer. You may want to use a pillow to sup­port your neck and head. Gentle pressure-point nodes on the back
relaxer are anatomically positioned to stimulate natural muscle relax­ation. And the unique construction provides a soft, comfortable surface
with underlying support.

The reversible design of the back
relaxer allows you to focus therapy on
either your lower back or your upper
back. The picture at the right shows
the lower back position. Simply turn the
back relaxer around for an upper back
massage. Passively extend your spine
as you breathe deeply and let the back
relaxer release tension from your back.

Limited Warranty

ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. (ICON), warrants this product to be free
from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and
service conditions, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of
purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
ICON's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repair­ing, at ICON's option, the product at one of its authorized service
centers. All products for which warranty claim is made must be
received by ICON at one of its authorized service centers with all
freight and other transportation charges prepaid, accompanied by
sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by
ICON. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a
product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse,
improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by an ICON
authorized service center, products used for commercial or rental
purposes, or products used as store display models. No other war­ranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by ICON.

The back massager requires two ÒCÓ
batteries (not included). Press two bat­teries into the battery compartment as
shown. Turn the batteries as indicated
on the diagram inside the compartment.

Operating the Vibration Switch

Select either a high-speed or a low­speed vibrating massage. Moving the
switch to the left selects the high­speed vibration; moving the switch to
the right selects the low-speed vibra­tion. The switch is off when neither
speed is selected.

Using the Two-Speed Massager

To remove the massager from the back
relaxer, firmly hold both sides of the
massager and pull it from the back
relaxer.

Use the massager on your neck and
lower back. Select the high-speed or
low-speed speed setting for comfort­able, soothing relaxation.

limitation may not apply to you. The warranty extended hereunder is
in lieu of any and all other warranties and any implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its
scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly,
the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
