The Omega Series Antenna Combiners (multicouplers) are receive antenna distribution products featuring RF filters, variable attenuation controls for each input, dual-redundant power supplies, and built-in self-protecting bias power supplies for remote line amps. The Omega Series multicouplers serve as the head end for the receive antenna system.
Intended Use:
Antennas are connected to rear-panel input connections. Each input features overload-protected remote bias power – selectable from front panel switches. Each input has an associated variable attenuator on the front panel that is used to tailor the amount of gain from the antenna in order to balance the overall system.
The RF signals are combined, filtered, and amplified before being presented at the rear panel for connection to individual wireless receivers. Redundant main and aux power supplies limit the possibility of a power failure. External aux 15 VDC PSU w/ 4-pin XLR connector is included.

RF Input:
The Omega-8 can receive cable runs from up to 4 diversity antenna zones, with 4xA and 4xB inputs (8 total). The inputs may be used with PWS remote line amps as well as line amps from other manufacturers. Each input has adjustable attenuation, 0dB to -10dB, or -40dB (which essentially shuts off the input).
RF Output:
The Omega-8 has 8xA and 8xB outputs, so it is able to distribute RF signals to up to eight wireless receivers. Outputs are unity gain and filtered. Several frequency ranges are available as different models.
Omega-8 Models:
S8314 VHF (169-217 MHz) S4549 UHF (470-616 MHz) S8311 STL (940-960 MHz)
