When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these
basic safety precautions:

WARNING-- To reduce the risk of re, electric shock, or serious personal

• Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before
relocating, assembling, disassembling, or cleaning it.

• Handle the Blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use caution
when attaching or detaching the Blades.
• Do not touch moving parts (e.g., the Blades) while the product is in use.
Keep hands and utensils away from the moving Blades while operating
the product.
• Do not plug/unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
• To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the
plug; do not pull on the power cord.
• Always operate the product with the cover in place.
• Never place the Blade Assembly on the Base unless attached to the Jar.
• Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the
product, as the Power Cord could fray and break.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending .A scraper may
be used but only when the blender is not running.
• Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug,
if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, or if it is dropped or damaged.
This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine
or repair this product yourself. Only qualied service personnel should
perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of
your choice for inspection and repair.

• This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial use
in processing foods for human consumption. Do not use the product
outdoors or for any other purpose.
• Always operate the product on a at, stable surface.

or counter, where it may be tripped over or pulled.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do
not operate another high-wattage product on the same
electrical circuit.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat increasing the risk of re.
However if an extension cord must be used, the cord must be No. 14
AWG minimum size and rated not less than 1875W.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is
a safety feature. The plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If
you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the
plug. If the plug still does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Never use
the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the
extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety
purpose of the polarized plug.

Your new juicer has a special, slightly tilted design that leans 5° to the
side of the juice outow opening to ensure maximum juice output.

Read these instructions for use carefully before using the appliance and
save them for future reference.
1. Check if the voltage indicated on the base of the appliance corresponds
to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
2. Do not use the appliance when the mains cord , the plug or other
components are demaged.
3. If the mains cord is demaged, it must be replaced by a service centre
authorised by or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
4.This appliance is intended for household use only.
5. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
6. Never let the appliance operate unattended.
7. Make sure all parts are correctly mounted before you switch on the
appliance.
8. Only use the appliance when safety clamps are locked.
9. Do not operate the juicer for more than 40 seconds at a time when
juicing heavy loads and let it cool down sufciently afterwards.
10. Never reach into the feeding tube with your ngers or an object while
the appliance is running.Only the pusher is to be used for this purpose.
11. Only unlock the clamps after you have switched the appliance off and
the lter has stopped rotating.
12. Do not remove the pulp container when the appliance is in operation.
13. Do not touch the small cutting blades in the base of the lter.
14. Always unplug the appliance after use.
15. Never inmerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Do not rinse
it either.

Preparing for use
1. Wash all detachable parts(see chapter ‘Cleaning’).
2. Put the plug in the wall socket.
3. Place the juice collector into the appliance (1) and place the pulp con-
tainer into the appliance by tilting it forwards slightly(2).Insert the top end
rst and then push home the buttom end .(Fig.2)
While you are preparing juice, you can empty the pulp container by
switching the appliance off and carefully removing the pulp container.
Note: Reassemble the empty pulp container before you continue juicing.
4. Put the lter in the juice collector(1) and hold the lid over the lter and
lower it into position(2). (Fig. 3)
5. Snap the safety clamp onto the lid to lock it into place(‘click’)(1) and slide
the pusher into the feeding tube by aligning the groove in the pusher with
the small protrusion on the inside of the feeding tube(2). (Fig.4)
Make sure the safety clamps are locked into the position on either side of
the lid.
6. Place the juice jug under the spout.(Fig.5)
Place the lid on the juice jug to avoid splattering or if you want to store the
juice in the refrigerator.
To separate the foam from the juice when pouring the juice into a glass,
insert the foam separator by sliding it into the juice jug.(Fig.6)
