Thi s conferen ce system uses digit al tech nologies accordi ng to th e European Communi ty's IEC914 and ISO
standar ds. It is composed of a main un it – CONFD – and t wo microph on e un its – Delegate ( BMDD) an d
Pr esident (BMCD) – th at featur e hi gh sensitiv ity, a wide frequen cy respon se, an in tern al loudspeaker and a
cardi oid electret microphon e wit h a ligh ted ri ng for th e visual id enti ficati on of th e micr oph one in use. The
system is precabled to ensure fast and easy install ation . The devic e may in clude up to 64 micr ophon e station s,
daisy-ch ain ed on four in dependen t lin es (or a maxim um of 30 stati on s on each lin e). The system in volves the
use of several expan sion un its – EXCONFD. Every expan sion un it can support up to 60 stati ons divid ed on six lin es
(n ever use more th an 30 stat ions on each lin e).Addin g four expan sion un its, th e system can con trol up to 254
station s. The seria l con necti on of each stati on i s achi eved th rough sin gle multi core, prerouted cables th at may
