Lees voor het gebruik eerst deze gebruiksaanwijzing en bewaar deze om later nog eens te kunnen raadplegen. Controleer of het voltage overeenkomt met wat op het apparaat staat aangegeven. Gebruik een haardroger niet in de badkamer of in de buurt van een met water gevulde wastafel. Probeer een apparaat dat toch in het water gevallen is nooit vast te pakken maar trek eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact. Hanteer de haardroger alleen met droge handen.

ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIE

Om volume te geven aan stijl haar of om het haar in model te brengen, kunt u tijdens het drogen een ronde borstel gebruiken. Om het haar glad te strijken kunt u beter een platte borstel gebruiken. Om het haar bij de wortels meer volume te geven dient u het haar eerst in tegengestelde richting te drogen. Uw haar met de vingers krullen is een van de beste technieken om volume en vorm te geven aan natuurlijk krullend of gepermanent haar, ook voor dik haar. Neem een natte haarlok in uw hand en kneed deze met uw vingers terwijl u de warme luchtstroom door de vingers laat glijde. Houdt de lok vast terwijl het haar afkoelt. Wanneer het kapsel droog is, de krullen schudden en uw vingers door het haar halen. Vooral uw haar niet te heet of te droog maken door de haardroger te dichtbij te houden of te lang achtereen op het haar te richten. Met een lage temperatuur en snelheid krijgt u snel een even goed resultaat.

SCHOONMAKEN EN ONDERHOUD

Altijd eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact halen! U kunt de buitenzijde van uw haardroger schoonmaken met behulp van een zachte vochtige doek. Dompel het toestel echter nooit onder in water of enige andere vloeistof! Zorg dat de lucht-aanzuigopening aan de achterzijde niet verstopt raakt door haren en pluisjes. Indien nodig, reinig het luchtrooster met een borsteltje of pincet. Let ook op dat dit rooster tijdens het drogen niet geblokkeerd wordt.

BELANGRIJKE AANWIJZINGEN

- Bij gebruik van rollers e.d. in het haar, raden wij aan heel voorzichtig te zijn met eventuele spelden en pinnen. Zorg ervoor dat deze niet door de ventilatie- en luchtopeningen in de haardroger steken!

- Haal na gebruik altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact.

- Richt de (hete) luchtstroom niet op de ogen of andere gevoelige delen van het gelaat.

- Gebruik geen spuitbussen in de buurt van de ingeschakelde haardroger.

- Wikkel het snoer niet strak om de haardroger om beschadiging het snoer te voorkomen.

- Gebruik alleen de originele accessoires.

- Laat de haardroger afkoelen voordat deze opgeborgen wordt.

- Leg de ingeschakelde en/of hete haardoger niet op een zacht oppervlak, zoals een bed, kussen e.d. om overhitting te voorkomen.

- Vertel kinderen over de gevaren en de regels voor electrische apparaten.

- Laat jonge kinderen electrische apparaten niet gebruiken zonder toezicht.

- Deze haardroger hoeft niet gesmeerd te worden. Reparatie en Service dient u uit te laten voeren door een deskundige Service Dienst. Gebruik het apparaat niet als het beschadigd is of als het snoer beschadigd is, maar stuur het dan naar een Service Dienst. Bij dit type toestellen kan het snoer uitsluitend met speciaal gereedschap door een Service Dienst vervangen worden.

- Deze haardroger is alleen geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

BIJZONDERHEDEN

BLAASMOND

Het ideale hulpmiddel om de haren snel en luchtig te drogen. Met de blaasmond is het mogelijk bepaalde lokken nauwkeurig te drogen en accenten te leggen waar u wilt. Dit kan met warme of koude lucht.

Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for later reference. Check your local mains voltage is the same as that stated on the appliance. Never use the hairdryer in the bathroom or near a full washbasin. Never try to pick up equipment that has fallen into water, but pull the plug out of the socket first. Use the hairdryer with dry hands only.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

To give styled hair volume, or to give shape to the hair, use the round brush when drying. If you want straight, smooth hair, use a flat brush. To give your hair a root lift, first dry it in the opposite direction. Curling your hair with your fingers is the best method to add volume and shape to naturally curly or permed hair. Take a wet lock of hair in your hand and massage it while you let a stream of hot air flow through your fingers. Keep holding the lock until it cools. When all your hair is dry, shake out the curls and run your fingers through it. Caution: holding the hairdryer too close to your hair, or for too long, will overheat or dry out your hair. By using a low temperature and speed, you will quickly and safely achieve the best results.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always pull the plug out of the socket first! Clean the outside of your hairdryer with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid! Ensure that the air inlet at the back is not blocked with hairs and fluff. If required, clean out the grille with a stiff brush or tweezers. Make sure the grille does not become blocked while drying.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

- When using rollers, etc. in your hair, we recommend that you be very careful with any pins and clips. Take care that they cannot enter the ventilation and air openings in the dryer!

- After use, always pull the plug from the socket.

- Never direct a (hot) airflow at your eyes or sensitive parts of the face.

- Never use any spray cans near the hairdryer when it is switched on.

- Do not wind the lead wire too tightly around the hairdryer, this will prevent damage to the lead.

- Use only the original accessories supplied.

- Allow the hairdryer to cool down before putting it away.

- Do not lay a switched on and/or hot hairdryer on soft furnishings, such as a bed, cushion, etc. This will prevent over-heating.

- Instruct young children about the dangers and safety rules concerning electrical equipment.

- Never let young children use electrical equipment without supervision.

- Do not attempt to lubricate this hairdryer. Repairs and service should always be carried out by an expert Service Department. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or if the cable is damaged. Instead, send it to a service department. The lead on this appliance can only be replaced by our Service Department using special tools.

- This hairdryer is intended for normal household use only.

The ideal method to dry your hair quickly while achieving volume. The nozzle makes it possible to dry specific locks of hair and create accents where you want them. This can be done using either hot or cold air.

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

Lisez attentivement ce mode d’emploi avant l’utilisation et conservez-le afin de pouvoir le consulter ultérieurement. Contrôlez bien si le voltage correspond à ce qui est mentionné sur l’appareil. N’utilisez pas le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bains ou près d’un lavabo rempli d’eau. N’essayez jamais de saisir un appareil qui est tombé dans l’eau sans avoir d’abord débranché la prise électrique. Servez-vous du sèche-cheveux avec les mains sèches.

INSTRUCTIONS GENERALES

Afin de donner du volume à des cheveux raides ou de mettre les cheveux en forme, vous pouvez utiliser une brosse ronde pendant le séchage. Si vous souhaitez lisser les cheveux utilisez plutôt une brosse plate. Pour gonfler les cheveux à la racine, séchez d'abord les cheveux dans le sens opposé. La meilleure technique pour donner du volume aux cheveux bouclés naturellement ou permanentés mais aussi pour les cheveux épaix, consiste à former des boucles avec ses doigts. Saisir une mèche de cheveux mouillée dans la main et la rouler avec les doigts en faisant passer l'air chaud entre vos doigts. Tenir la boucle serrée pendant que les cheveux refroidissent. Quand vous avez fini de sécher de cette manière la totalité de la chevelure, secouez la tête et passez vos doigts dans vos cheveux. Ne pas tenir le sèche-cheveux trop près de la chevelure et ne pas diriger le jet d’air chaud trop longtemps sur les cheveux. Vous obtiendrez les meilleurs résultats en utilisant une basse température et une faible vitesse.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

Commencez toujours par débrancher la fiche de la prise électrique ! Vous pouvez nettoyer l’extérieur de votre sèche-cheveux avec un chiffon doux et humide. Mais ne trempez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide ! Assurez-vous que l’ouverture d’aspiration d’air à l’arrière ne soit pas bloquée par des cheveux ou des peluches. Si nécessaire, nettoyez la petite grille avec une pincette ou une petite brosse. Faites également attention à ce que cette grille ne se bloque pas pendant le séchage.

INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANTES

- Lors de l’utilisation de rouleaux ou autres accessoires dans les cheveux, nous vous conseillons de faire très attention aux épingles et aux barrettes. Faites attention que celles-ci ne pénètrent pas dans les ouvertures de séchage ou de ventilation du séchoir !

- Débranchez toujours l’appareil après l’utilisation.

- Ne dirigez pas le jet d’air (chaud) vers les yeux ou autres parties sensibles du visage.

- N’utilisez pas d’aérosols à proximité du sèche-cheveux quand celui-ci est en marche.

- N’embobinez pas le cordon électrique trop serré autour de l’appareil afin d’éviter d’endommager le fil.

- N’utilisez que les accessoires d’origine.

- Laissez refroidir le sèche-cheveux avant de le ranger.

- Ne posez pas le sèche-cheveux sur une surface instable (lit, coussin etc…) quand celui-ci est en marche ou encore chaud, afin d’éviter une surchauffe.
