VOOR GEBRUIK

Verwijder alle verpakkingsmateriaal en plaats de batterijen (AA 1,5 V x4) aan de onderkant van de weegschaal.

Het lcd-display toont de volgende functies:

1. batterijindicator

2. gewichtseenheid (kg/g of lb/oz)

3. gewichtsdisplay

4. minteken (voor leeg gewicht)

GEBRUIK

- Selecteer oz/g door de oz/gr-schakelaar op de voet van de weegschaal om te zetten

- Plaats het apparaat op een stevige en vlakke ondergrond met zo min mogelijk vibratie.

- Plaats het apparaat op een plek waar het niet van het werkblad kan vallen.

Vaste producten wegen

Druk op de aan-/uitknop om het apparaat aan te zetten. Er verschijnt ’88 888’ op het display en na 2 seconden
komt er ‘0gr’ of ‘0,0oz’ te staan.
Leg de vaste producten op het weegoppervlak en lees het gewicht af.
Verwijder de vaste producten van het weegoppervlak.

Losse/vloeibare producten wegen

Om losse of vloeibare producten te wegen moet er een bakje gebruikt worden.
Plaats een leeg bakje op het weegoppervlak. Druk op de aan-/uitknop om het apparaat aan te zetten.
Na 2 seconden verschijnt er ‘0gr’ of 0,0oz’ op het display. Doe de losse/vloeibare producten in het bakje
en lees het gewicht af.
Of druk op de aan-/uitknop om het apparaat aan te zetten en plaats een leeg bakje op het weegoppervlak.
Het gewicht van het bakje verschijnt op het display. Druk nu op de tarraknop. Na 2 seconden verschijnt er
‘0gr’ of 0,0oz’ op het display. Doe de losse/vloeibare producten in het bakje en lees het gewicht af.
Verwijder het bakje van het weegoppervlak. Het apparaat kan het gewicht van het bakje aangeven. Een ‘-’teken
verschijnt dan links op het display.

Opmerkingen:

- Zeg geen bijtende producten op het weegoppervlak.

- Gebruik het apparaat niet voor gewichten van meer dan 3 kg om schade te voorkomen.

- Als ‘EE’ op het display verschijnt, is het gewicht van de producten groter dan 3 kg.

- Als de batterijen bijna leeg zijn, verschijnt er “LO” op het display. Vervang de batterijen.

Auto-uitschakeling

Als de weegschaal niet wordt gebruikt, gaat die na ongeveer 90 seconden automatisch uit.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

- Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

- Gebruik nooit agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen of schuurmiddelen.

- Zet alleen voorwerpen op het apparaat als die gewogen moeten worden.

- Als u de weegschaal gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt, neem de batterijen er dan uit.
U kunt het weegoppervlak en het bedieningspaneel met een vochtige doek schoonmaken.
Maak die daarna droog met een zachte, droge doek.

PRINCESS-TIPS

- Lees deze instructies zorgvuldig en bewaar ze zodat u ze later nog eens kunt raadplegen.

- Dit apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

- Let op dat het apparaat niet met water in aanraking komt.

- Plaats het apparaat op een stevige en vlakke ondergrond met zo min mogelijk vibratie.

- Verplaats het apparaat nooit als het is ingeschakeld. Schakel het apparaat altijd eerst uit.

- Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met dit apparaat spelen.

- Het is niet zonder gevaar om dit apparaat te laten gebruiken door kinderen of personen met een
geestelijke of lichamelijke handicap, of met te weinig ervaring of deskundigheid. De voor de veiligheid
van deze gebruikers verantwoordelijke persoon dient ze duidelijke instructies te geven voor of ze te
begeleiden bij het gebruik van dit apparaat.

BATTERIJEN

Batterijen zijn klein chemisch afval en mogen daarom niet gewoon worden weggegooid. Stop de
batterijen als ze leeg zijn in de milieubox of lever ze apart in bij uw reinigingsdienst en volg de
gemeentelijke aanwijzingen op.

BEFORE USE

Remove all the packaging and mount the batteries (AA 1.5V x4) to the bottom of the scale.

FEATURES

The LCD display has the following functions:

1. low battery indicator

2. weight units (kg/gr or lb/oz)

3. weight display

4. minus sign (for tare weight)

USE

- Select oz/gr by sliding the oz/gr switch on the base of the scale.

- Place the appliance on a hard and level surface, as free from vibration as possible.

- Place the appliance in a place where it can not fall off the worktop.

Weighing solid products

Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the appliance. ’88 888’ will be shown on the display, and after
2 seconds ‘0gr’ or ‘0.0oz’ will be shown.
Put the solid products onto the weighing platform and read the weight.
Remove the solid products from the weighing platform.

Weighing loose/liquid products

To weigh loose or liquid products, a container should be used.
Place an empty container on the weighing platform. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on
the appliance. ‘0gr’ or ‘0.0oz’ will be shown after 2 seconds. Put the loose/liquid products
into the container and read the weight.
Or press the ON/OFF button to switch on the appliance and place an empty container on
the weighing platform. The weight of the container will be shown on the LCD. Now press
the TARE button. ‘0gr’ or ‘0.0oz’ will be shown after 2 seconds. Put the loose/liquid
products into the container and read the weight.
Remove the container from the weighing platform. The appliance may display a tare
weight. A ‘-‘ sign will then be shown at the left of the display.

Notes:

- Do not place corrosive products on the platform.

- Do not load the appliance with more than 3kg to avoid damaging the device.

- If ‘EE’ is shown on the display the weight of the products is above 3kg.

- When the batteries are low, the scale will display “LO”. Replace the batteries.

Auto-off function

When the scale is not being used, it turns off automatically after approximately 90 seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

- Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents.

- Do not place any objects on the weighing platform if not for the purpose of weighing.

- If the scale is not used for long periods of time, take out the batteries.

You can use a damp cloth to wipe the control panel and the weighing platform. Then wipe dry with soft
and dry cloth.

PRINCESS TIPS

- Read these instructions carefully and retain them for reference.

- This appliance is intended for domestic use only.

- Make sure that the appliance does not come into contact with water.

- Place the appliance on a hard and level surface, as free from vibration as possible.

- Never move the appliance whilst it is switched on. Always switch off the appliance first.

- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or motorial disability,
or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards. Persons responsible for their safety
should give explicit instructions or supervise the use of the appliance.

BATTERIES

Batteries constitute chemical waste and may not be thrown away in the normal fashion. When the
batteries are empty, put them in the recycling bin or take them separately to your local refuse
department and follow the local procedures.

AVANT L’EMPLOI

Retirer tout le matériel d’emballage et insérer les piles (4 x AA de 1,5V) dans la partie inférieure de la
balance.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES

UTILISATION

- Sélectionner Oz/g à l’aide du bouton Oz/g sur la base de la balance.

- Installer la balance sur une surface solide et plane qui soit autant que possible exempte
de vibration.

- Installer la balance à un endroit d’où elle ne risquera pas de tomber.

Pour peser des ingrédients solides

Appuyez sur le bouton on/off pour allumer l’appareil. L’écran indique d’abord ’88 888’ puis, au bout de
2 secondes il affiche ‘0g’ ou ‘0.0oz’.
Posez les produits solides sur le plateau et lisez le poids indiqué.
Retirez les produits du plateau.

Pour peser des produits liquides/en vrac

Pour peser des liquides ou produits en vrac, il faut les mettre dans un récipient.
Placez un récipient vide sur le plateau de la balance. Appuyez sur le bouton on/off pour allumer la balance.
Au bout de 2 secondes ‘0g’ ou ‘0.0oz’ est affiché. Mettez les ingrédients liquides / en vrac dans le récipient
et lisez le poids indiqué.
Ou bien appuyez sur le bouton on/off pour allumer la balance et posez un récipient vide sur le plateau de
la balance. Le poids du récipient est indiqué sur l’écran LCD. A présent, appuyez sur la touche TARE. Au
bout de 2 secondes ‘0g’ ou ‘0.0oz’ sera affiché. Mettez les ingrédients liquides / en vrac dans le récipient
et lisez le poids indiqué.
Retirez le récipient du plateau. La balance peut afficher le poids de la tare. Le signe ‘-‘ sera alors indiqué
à gauche de l’écran.

Remarques :

- Ne pas mettre de produits corrosifs sur le plateau.

- Ne pas mettre plus de 3 kg sur la balance car cela risquerait de l’endommager.

- Si ‘EE’ est affiché sur l’écran, cela signifie que le poids du produit est supérieur à 3 kg.

- Lorsque les piles sont faibles, “LO” est affiché sur l’écran. Changez les piles.

Fonction d’arrêt automatique

La balance s’éteint automatiquement si elle n’est pas utilisée pendant environ 90 secondes.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

- Ne jamais immerger la balance dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.

- Ne jamais utiliser de nettoyants corrosifs ou de produits à récurer.

- Ne pas poser d’objets sur le plateau à d’autres fins que de les peser.

- Retirer les piles si la balance n’est pas utilisée pendant une période prolongée

Essuyer le panneau de contrôle et le plateau de la balance à l’aide d’un chiffon humide. Puis bien sécher
avec un chiffon sec.

CONSEILS PRINCESS

- Lire attentivement ces instructions et conservez-les pour pouvoir les consulter ultérieurement.

- Cet appareil est destiné uniquement à un usage domestique.

- S'assurer que de l’eau ne pénètre pas dans la balance.

- Installer la balance sur une surface solide et plane qui soit autant que possible exempte de vibration.

- Ne pas déplacer la balance quand elle est allumée. Eteindre d’abord la balance.

- Les enfants doivent faire l’objet d’une surveillance afin qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

- L’utilisation de cet appareil par des enfants ou des personnes handicapées physiques, mentales ou
moteur, ou des personnes disposant de connaissances ou d’expérience insuffisantes, peut être dangereuse.
Les personnes responsables de leur sécurité doivent leur fournir une assistance ou des instructions
concernant l'utilisation de l'appareil.

PILES

Les piles usagées font partie des déchets chimiques et à ce titre elles ne doivent pas être jetées avec
les ordures ordinaires. Lorsque les piles sont vides, jetez-les dans le conteneur prévu
pour le recyclage des déchets chimiques ou apportez-les séparément au service des
ordures ménagères de votre région et suivez les instructions locales en vigueur.
