De PRINCESS CLOCK FAN is een fraai vormgegeven ventilator. De krachtige, geruisloze motor heeft
twee snelheden. De ventilator is makkelijk te gebruiken op elke plaats dankzij het handige handvat en de
rubberen antislipvoet. NB: Gebruik dit apparaat niet in vochtige ruimtes, zoals badkamers, en ook niet
buitenshuis.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING

Bedieningspaneel met uitschakelaar en twee snelheidsknoppen:

Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Schakel de ventilator in door de snelheids-/uit­schakelaar naar links (hoge snelheid) of naar rechts (lage snelheid) te draaien. De ventilator begint te
draaien. U kunt de ventilator in de gewenste richting plaatsen. U schakelt het apparaat uit door de
snelheids-/uitschakelaar in de middelste stand te zetten.. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u het
apparaat niet gebruikt.

SCHOONMAKEN

Schakel voordat u met schoonmaken begint de Clock Fan uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Maak het apparaat schoon met een goed uitgewrongen vochtige doek en, desgewenst, een beetje afwas­middel. Droog het apparaat vervolgens af.
Gebruik nooit een oplosmiddel of een sterk of agressief schoonmaakmiddel. Dompel de ventilator nooit onder
in water of een andere vloeistof. Zorg dat er geen water of andere vloeistof in de ventilator of motor komt.

PRINCESS-TIPS

- Deze ventilator is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk ge¬bruik.

- Zorg dat het snoer of een eventueel verlengsnoer zodanig weggelegd wordt dat niemand erover kan
struikelen.

- Bij beschadiging van de ventilator of het snoer raden wij u aan het apparaat niet meer te gebruiken.
Een beschadigd snoer kan alleen door onze servicedienst vervangen worden.

- Gebruik de ventilator niet buitenshuis.

- Buiten bereik van kinderen houden.

- Goed oppassen wanneer het apparaat wordt gebruikt in de nabijheid van kinderen, gehandicapten of
huisdieren.

- Plaats de ventilator op een stabiele ondergrond. Zet de ventilator niet in of vlakbij een open raam.

- Gebruik de ventilator niet in vochtige ruimtes, zoals badkamers en plaats deze ook niet dichtbij een
wastafel of andere bak met water.

- Zorg dat gordijnen en andere stoffen niet in de ventilator gezogen kunnen worden.

- Raak geen bewegende delen aan.

- Zorg dat er geen voorwerpen in het apparaat terechtkomen. Steek geen voorwerpen in de
beschermkappen.

- Zorg dat de lucht ongehinderd kan circuleren.

- Gebruik de ventilator niet zonder de beschermkap.

- Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met dit apparaat spelen.

- Het is niet zonder gevaar om dit apparaat te laten gebruiken door kinderen of personen
met een geestelijke of lichamelijke handicap, of met te weinig ervaring of deskundigheid.
De voor de veiligheid van deze gebruikers verantwoordelijke persoon dient ze duidelijke
instructies te geven voor of ze te begeleiden bij het gebruik van dit apparaat.

The PRINCESS CLOCK FAN is a fan with an attractive design. The powerful, silent motor can be set to
2 different speeds. Easy to use in any position thanks to its practical handle and rubber non-slip feet.
Note: Don’t use it in damp rooms such as bathrooms and it is also not suitable for use outside.

HOW TO OPERATE

Control panel with off button and 2 speed buttons:

Button position Setting

Left High speed
Centre Off
Right Low speed

Place the clock fan on a flat and stable surface. Plug in and switch on by pushing the fan speed/off switch
to left (high speed) or right (lower speed). The fan starts. You can face the fan in the direction of that you
required. Switch off the fan by pushing the fan speed switch/off button to the centre position. When not in
use, unplug the appliance.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, switch the clock fan off and remove the plug from electrical outlet.
Clean it with a well–wrung damp cloth and with a little washing liquid, if required. Then dry.
Don’t use any form of solvent, or strong or abrasive cleaning agent. Never immerse your fan in water or
other liquid. Don’t allow any liquid to get into the fan or motor.

PRINCESS TIPS

- This fan is intended for normal household use only.

- Make sure the cord or extension cord is carefully positioned to avoid people tripping over it.

- If the fan or cord is damaged, we advise you not to use the appliance. Damaged cords must only be
replaced by our service department.

- Don’t use the fan outdoors.

- Make sure that the fan is out of the reach of children.

- Supervision is recommended when this appliance is used near children, invalids or pets.

- Place the fan on a stable surface. Do not place the fan in or nearby an open window.

- Do not use the fan in damp rooms such as bathrooms and do not place it near a sink or other receptacle
full of water.

- Make sure that curtains and other fabrics cannot be sucked into the fan.

- Avoid contacting any moving parts.

- Never drop or insert any object into any opening. Do not insert any object into the area protected by the
wire guards.

- Do not obstruct the air flow.

- Do not operate the fan without the wire guard.

- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or
motorial disability, or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards.
Persons responsible for their safety should give explicit instructions or supervise the use
of the appliance.

U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN LIVE
GREEN/YELLOW EARTH

As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour mar­kings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or
coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
The wire which is coloured GREEN/YELLOW must be connected to the terminal which is marked with
the letter E or and is coloured GREEN or GREEN/YELLOW
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 3 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of plug is
used, a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.

Le PRINCESS CLOCK FAN est un ventilateur au design original. Le moteur puissant et silencieux peut
être réglé sur 2 vitesses différentes. Facile à utiliser dans n’importe quelle position grâce à sa poignée
pratique et à ses pieds en caoutchouc antidérapants. Remarque : Ne pas utiliser le ventilateur dans des
pièces humides telles que des salles de bains et il ne doit pas être utilisé à l’extérieur.

MODE D'EMPLOI

Panneau de commande avec interrupteur marche/arrêt et sélecteur 2 vitesses :

Installer le ventilateur sur une surface plate et stable. Brancher et allumer l’appareil en poussant à gauche
(grande vitesse) l'interrupteur marche/arrêt / sélecteur de vitesse (high speed) ou à droite (faible vitesse).
Le ventilateur se met en marche. Le ventilateur peut être orienté dans la direction désirée. Eteindre le
ventilateur en poussant l’interrupteur / sélecteur de vitesse sur la position centrale. Débrancher l’appareil
lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.

ENTRETIEN

Eteindre et débrancher le ventilateur du secteur avant de procéder à son nettoyage.
Essuyer le ventilateur à l’aide d’un chiffon humide bien essoré légèrement imprégné de
produit vaisselle. Bien sécher.
Ne pas utiliser de solvant ni de produit nettoyant caustique ou corrosif. Ne jamais
immerger le ventilateur dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide. S’assurer qu’aucun liquide
ne pénètre à l’intérieur du ventilateur ou du moteur.

CONSEILS PRINCESS

- Ce ventilateur est uniquement destiné à un usage domestique normal.

- S’assurer que le cordon ou une rallonge éventuelle sont disposés de telle façon que
personne ne puisse trébucher dessus.
