VOOR HET GEBRUIK

Deze gebruiksaanwijzing eerst geheel doorlezen en bewaren om later nog eens te kunnen raadplegen.
Controleer of de netspanning in de woning overeenkomt met die van het apparaat. Sluit dit apparaat
alleen op een geaard stopcontact aan.

De Princess Hot Dog Maker is geschikt om maximaal 6 worstjes tegelijk heet te
stomen en 1 broodje te verwarmen. Het apparaat heeft een waterreservoir (1),
een beker (2) om de worstjes in te stomen en een verwarmde staaf (3) om het
broodje te verwarmen.

Plaats de PRINCESS HOT DOG MAKER op een stevig en stabiel tafel- of
werkblad en zodanig dat het apparaat niet gemakkelijk omgestoten kan worden.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

HAAL ALTIJD EERST DE STEKKER UIT HET STOPCONTACT.
Was eerst de deksel en de beker in een heet sopje, laat het even weken. Daarna goed afdrogen. De behui­zing en het verwarmingselement kunnen met een vochtige doek of spons worden schoongemaakt.
DOMPEL HET APPARAAT NOOIT ONDER IN WATER OF ANDERE VLOEISTOF.

GEBRUIK VAN DE HOT DOG MAKER

Plaats het apparaat op een droge veilige plek. Doe de juiste hoeveelheid koud water in het waterreservoir.
De maximale hoeveelheid water staat aangegeven aan de binnenzijde in het reservoir.
Plaats de beker op het reservoir. U kunt de worstjes in de beker doen. Daarna de stekker in het stopcon­tact en het apparaat aanzetten. Wij raden u aan om niet meer dan 6 worstjes tegelijkertijd in de beker te
doen. Kook de worstjes 6 tot 8 minuten. Deze tijd is afhankelijk of de worstjes uit de vriezer komen, uit
de koelkast of op kamertemperatuur zijn, deze tijd hangt ook af van de grootte van de worstjes.

Let op: Na het gebruik van het apparaat zijn de worstjes en de verwarmde staaf zeer warm.
Vergeet niet het apparaat na gebruik uit te schakelen.

VERWARMEN VAN EEN BROODJE

Terwijl de worstjes aan het koken zijn kunnen alvast broodjes warm gemaakt worden. Duw een broodje
met een draaiende beweging om het verwarmingselement en laat deze enkele minuten warm worden.
Let wel op dat het broodje warm is als u het van het element afhaalt.
Plaats de worst in het broodje en u hebt een heerlijke Hot Dog.

PRINCESS-TIPS

- Raak geen warme delen aan.

- Dompel het apparaat NOOIT onder in water of andere vloeistof.

- Doe niet meer water in het waterreservoir dan staat aangegeven. Dit om problemen met overkoken te
voorkomen.

- Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik door kinderen. Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd in gebruik.

- Jonge kinderen moet verteld worden dat dit apparaat geen speelgoed is.

- Zorg dat het apparaat niet zo dicht bij de rand van tafel, werkblad e.d. staat dat iemand het eraf zou
kunnen stoten; zorg ook dat het snoer niet zodanig hangt dat men erover zou kunnen
struikelen of erachter blijft haken. Bedenk dat het reservoir gevuld is met heet water!

- Gebruik het apparaat niet als het beschadigd is of als het snoer beschadigd is, maar stuur
het dan naar onze servicedienst. Bij dit type toestellen kan een beschadigd snoer uitslui­tend met speciaal gereedschap door onze servicedienst vervangen worden.

- Plaats het apparaat niet op of in directe nabijheid van een hete kookplaat e.d.

- Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact vóór het schoonmaken en bij storingen.

- Dit apparaat is alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

- Gebruik dit apparaat niet buitenshuis.

BEFORE USING

Read these instructions thoroughly first and keep them for future reference. Check that your domestic
electricity supply matches that of the appliance. Only connect this appliance to an earthed socket.

The Princess Hot Dog maker can steam a maximum of 6 hot dogs simultaneous­ly, and can heat up 1 bread roll. The appliance has a water container (1), a
beaker (2) in which to steam the hot dogs and a heated rod (3) to heat up the
bread roll.

Set the PRINCESS HOT DOG MAKER on a sturdy, stable table or counter
where it cannot be easily knocked over.

BEFORE USING

FIRST UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE SOCKET
First wash the lid and the beaker in a warm solution, let them soak for a while. Then dry them thoroughly.
The casing and the heating element can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge.
NEVER SUBMERGE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID!

HOW TO USE THE HOT DOG MAKER

Position the appliance in a dry and safe place. Put the correct amount of cold water in the water contai­ner. The maximum amount of water that can be added is stated on the inside of the container.
Position the beaker on the container. Put the hot dogs in the beaker. Insert the plug into the electrical out­let and turn the appliance on. You are advised not to put more than six hot dogs in the beaker at one time.
Boil the hot dogs for 6 to 8 minutes.

Note: after using the appliance, the hot dogs and the heated rod are very hot.
Don’t forget to disconnect the appliance after use.

HOW TO HEAT UP A BREAD ROLL

While the hot dogs are steaming you can heat up the bread rolls. Push the bread roll in a circular motion
onto the heating element and leave it for a few minutes to warm.
Ensure that the bread roll is hot before you remove it from the element.
Place the hot dog in the bread roll and enjoy a delicious hot dog.

PRINCESS TIPS

- Do not touch any hot parts.

- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

- Do not overfill the water container. This is to prevent the water from boiling over.

- This appliance is not suitable for use by children. Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.

- Tell young children that the appliance is not a toy.

- Ensure that the appliance is not so close to the edge of the table or work surface that someone could
knock it off. Also, ensure that the cord is not trailing where someone could trip over it. Remember: the
appliance contains hot water!

- Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or if the cable is damaged. Instead, send it to our service
department. With this type of appliance, a damaged cable should only be replaced by our service
department using special tools.

- Do not set the appliance near or directly next to a hot burner, etc.

- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning or if any fault develops.

- This appliance is intended for normal household use.

- Do not use this appliance outdoors.

UK WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains cord are coloured using the following code:
BLUE = NEUTRAL, BROWN = LIVE, GREEN-YELLOW = EARTH

- As the colours of the wires in the cord may it correspond with the colour markings identifying the ter-

minals on your plug, proceed as follows:

- The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal marked with the letter N or colou-

red black.

- The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal marked with the letter L or

coloured red or brown.

- The wire which is coloured GREEN-YELLOW must be connected to the terminal marked with the let-

ter E or coloured green and yellow.

- With this appliance, if a 13-amp plug is used, a 13-amp plug must be fitted. If any other type of plug is

used, a 15-amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.
