De PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster is ideaal om snel twee boterhammen tegelijk te roosteren. Dankzij
de regelbare bruiningsgraad, het broodjesrekje en het uitwerpmechanisme is deze toaster een handig en
praktisch apparaat.

Controleer voor het aansluiten of de netspanning (onderop het apparaat aangegeven) overeenkomt met die
in uw woning.

GEBRUIKSTIPS

De PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster is met de knop aan de voorkant instelbaar van nét knapperig, via
goudgeel tot donkerbruin geroosterd. Voor het verkrijgen van de gewenste bruiningsgraad adviseren wat
te experimenteren met de instelling. Ook de 'staat' van het brood heeft hier invloed op: droog of oud
brood bruint sneller dan vers brood; diepvriesbrood heeft nog wat meer tijd nodig.

Het roosteren gaat als volgt:

- Stop het brood in de sleuf.

- Stel de gewenste bruiningsgraad in.

- Druk de grote bedieningshendel aan de zijkant naar beneden.

- Zodra de ingestelde bruiningsgraad bereikt is, duwt het uitwerpmechanisme de boterhammen omhoog
en kunt u ze uit de toaster nemen.

De bedieningshendel aan de zijkant blijft alleen in de vergrendelde stand staan als de stekker in het
stopcontact zit.

Stokbrood past in de extra brede gleuven (wel eerst doorsnijden). Voor broodjes en stokbrood kan ook het
rekje gebruikt worden. Wanneer het brood in de toaster klaar is, duwt de toaster het automatisch omhoog.

Gebruik geen voorwerp, zoals een mes of ander bestek, om het brood uit de toaster te halen of om de
toaster schoon te maken.

Indien het brood klem raakt in de toaster, dient u eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen, voordat u
het brood verwijdert.

Indien u slechts één boterham roostert, wordt één kant hiervan bruiner dan de andere. Dit wordt veroorzaakt
door de onregelmatige hitteverdeling en is niet te voorkomen.

De metalen delen van de toaster worden heet. Raak ze dus niet aan.

SCHOONMAKEN

HAAL EERST DE STEKKER UIT HET STOPCONTACT.
Maak de toaster na ieder gebruik schoon. Dit voorkomt dat voedselresten vastkoeken. Laat na gebruik de
PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster eerst afkoelen. Reinig de buitenzijde met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen
schurende of agressieve middelen.
DOMPEL DE TOASTER NOOIT ONDER IN WATER OF EEN ANDERE VLOEISTOF.

PRINCESS TIPS

- Gebruik deze toaster alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

- Zorg dat het snoer of een eventueel verlengsnoer zodanig neergelegd wordt dat niemand
erover kan struikelen en dat het snoer de hete onderdelen niet raken.

- Bij beschadiging van de toaster of het snoer mag u het apparaat niet meer gebruiken.
Breng het terug naar de winkel te brengen voor reparatie. Een beschadigd snoer kan
alleen door de servicedienst vervangen worden.

- Gebruik deze toaster niet buitenshuis.

- Houd kinderen die bij de toaster kunnen goed in de gaten.

- Sluit de toaster alleen op een geaard stopcontact aan.

- Laat de toaster goed afkoelen voordat u het apparaat opbergt.

- Plaats de toaster niet op een vochtige of hete ondergrond.

- Plaats de toaster niet op of dichtbij brandbare zaken, zoals gordijnen, een rol keukenpapier, enz.

- Dek de toaster nooit af terwijl het apparaat in gebruik is.

- Brood kan branden. Houd de toaster dus in de gaten.

The PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster is the perfect way to toast two sandwiches at the same time. The
adjustable browning feature and eject feature make this a highly practical toaster.

Before plugging the appliance in, check to make sure the voltage (indicated underneath the appliance)
matches your home power supply.

TIPS FOR USE

The PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster can be adjusted using the button on the front. The settings vary from
just crispy to golden and dark brown. To achieve the degree of browning desired, you can experiment
with the setting. The condition of the bread is also a factor. Dry or stale bread toasts more quickly, fresh
and frozen bread take a little longer.

Bread can be toasted as follows:

- Place bread in the toaster.

- Set the desired browning level,

- Push the large handle on the side downwards,

- As soon as the desired level of browning has been reached, the eject mechanism ejects the sandwiches
and you can remove them from the toaster.

The serving handle on the side will only lock in place when the appliance is plugged in.

French bread can be fitted into the extra wide slots (cut in half first). The rack can also be used for rolls
and French bread. When the bread is ready, the toaster pops up automatically.

Do not use a knife, fork or other utensil to remove the bread from the toaster or to clean the toaster.

If the bread becomes lodged in the toaster, unplug the appliance before attempting to remove it.

If only one sandwich is toasted at a time, one side will be browner. This is because of uneven heat
distribution and cannot be avoided.

The metal parts of the toaster become quite hot, so do not touch.

CLEANING

FIRST UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE SOCKET
Clean the toaster after each use. This prevents leftover food from becoming encrusted in the appliance.
Let the PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster cool down after use. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not
use abrasive or strong detergents.
NEVER IMMERSE THE TOASTER IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.

PRINCESS TIPS

- This toaster is only suitable for household use.

- Make sure that the cord, or extension cord if necessary, is placed where no one can
stumble over it and away from hot surfaces.

- If the toaster or cord is damaged, we advise you not to use the appliance and to take it to
the retailer for repair. A damaged cord can only be replaced by our Service Department.

- Do not use this toaster outdoors.

- Ensure children do not use the toaster unsupervised.

- Plug this appliance only into an earthed outlet.

- Allow the toaster to cool down before putting it away.

- Do not place the toaster on a damp or hot surface.

- Do not place the toaster on or near flammable objects such as curtains, kitchen paper etc.

- Never cover the toaster while in use.

- Bread can burn. Always keep an eye on the toaster.

U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN LIVE
GREEN/YELLOW EARTH

As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked
with the letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
The wire which is coloured GREEN/YELLOW must be connected to the terminal which
is marked with the letter E or and is coloured GREEN or GREEN/YELLOW

Le PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster est idéal pour faire griller simultanément deux tranches de pain. Avec
le degré de cuisson réglable, le support intégré pour sandwich et le mécanisme d’éjection, cet appareil est
très pratique à utiliser.

Avant de brancher l’appareil, vérifier que la tension du courant (indiquée sous de l’appareil) corresponde
bien à celle du domicile.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION

Le degré de cuisson des toasts dans le PRINCESS Nice Price Toaster se règle avec le bouton de réglage
situé en façade, allant de légèrement grillé à doré ou très grillé. Vous devrez faire plusieurs essais avant de
trouver le degré de brunissage qui vous convient. La qualité du pain est également déterminante : le pain
sec ou moins frais grille plus rapidement que le pain frais ou sortant du congélateur.

Pour faire griller du pain, procéder comme suit :

- Mettre le pain dans la fente du grille-pain.

- Régler le degré de brunissage souhaité.

- Abaisser la grande manette située sur le côté.

- Dès que le degré de brunissage est atteint, le mécanisme d’éjection se déclenche et soulève le toast afin
que vous puissiez le sortir du grille-pain.

La manette de commande située sur le côté reste uniquement dans la position bloquée quand l'appareil est
branché dans la prise de courant.

Il est possible de mettre de la baguette dans les fentes larges à condition de la couper en
deux d'abord. Pour des petits pains et de la baguette, il est aussi possible d'utiliser le
support spécial intégré. Lorsque le pain est grillé, l'appareil l’éjecte automatiquement.

Ne pas utiliser de couteau ou tout autre objet pour sortir le pain de l'appareil ou pour
nettoyer le grille-pain.

Si le pain reste coincé dans le grille-pain, débrancher d’abord l'appareil de la prise de
courant avant de dégager le pain.
