Algemeen

Met deze Table Chef Pro kunt u bakken en
braden zonder de toevoeging van vet.

De Table Chef

Pro heeft een bakplaat
uitgevoerd met antiaanbaklaag en een
thermostaat die de bakplaat op de juiste
temperatuur houdt. Het apparaat is zeer
eenvoudig te bedienen. U hoeft het
apparaat alleen maar op een stopcontact
aan te sluiten. Wanneer de juiste
temperatuur is bereikt, plaatst u de
gewenste etenswaren op de bak. Dit
maakt de Table Chef Pro ideaal om thuis
teppan yaki, gourmet, barbeque of
kinderfeestgerechten klaar te maken.

Let op: lees voor aansluiten en
ingebruikname eerst de hierna
volgende instructies!

Tip: geef kinderen vooraf een eenvoudige

instructie hoe het apparaat te gebruiken en
houd hierbij toezicht.

Werking en bediening

Het apparaat bevat de volgende
onderdelen, zie fig 1:

A. Temperatuurlamp
B. Thermostaatknop
C. Thermostaat
D. Elektrische aansluiting
E. Bakplaat
F. Houten of kunstof spatel
G. Stekker/stroomkabel

Voor het eerste gebruik

1 Verwijder de verpakking.
2 Reinig het apparaat. Zie ‘Onderhoud en

reinigen’.

Gebruik (zie fig. 1)

• Plaats het apparaat nooit op een
kookplaat.

• Tijdens gebruik regelt de thermostaat
de temperatuur, daarom gaat het
lampje constant aan en uit.

• Staat de thermostaat hoger dan 165
graden Celcius, let dan op licht
spatten van vet op gebruikersafstand
van het apparaat.

• Gebruik geen metalen bestek om
beschadiging van de anti-aanbaklaag
te voorkomen.

• Raak de hete bakplaat niet aan.
Gebruik ovenwanten als u het
apparaat tijdens/vlak na gebruik
aanraakt.

1 Bereid de ingredienten voor.
2 Reinig de bakplaat met een vochtige

doek.

3 Zet het apparaat op een stevige vlakke

ondergrond

4 Steek de thermostaat in de electrische

aansluiting van het apparaat.

5 Steek de stekker in een geaard

stopcontact.
6 Stel de thermostaatknop in.
7 Wacht circa 10 minuten totdat de

temperatuurlamp UIT is. Dit is een

indicatie dat de gewenste temperatuur

is bereikt.
8 Gebruik tijdens bakken en braden de

spatel om ingredienten te draaien.

Tip: kleine stukken worden beter gaar en
zijn sneller klaar dan grote stukken.

Tip: stem de thermostaatinstelling af op op
het gerecht, experimenteer met baktijd en
temperatuur voor goede resultaten.

Onderhoud
en reinigen

• Verplaats het apparaat nooit als het is
ingeschakeld of nog warm is. Schakel
het apparaat eerst uit en verplaats het
pas als het is afgekoeld.

• Dompel de thermostaat nooit onder in
water of een andere vloeistof. Mocht
dit wel gebeuren, gebruik het apparaat
dan niet meer en gooi het weg.

• Gebruik geen schurende of
agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen.

Na gebruik (zie fig. 2)

1 Voordat u gaat reinigen neemt u altijd

eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact en

laat het apparaat geheel afkoelen.
2 Verwijder bakresten met keukenpapier.
3 Maak de thermostaat schoon met een

vochtige doek.
4 Het apparaat kan in de vaatwasser of u

kunt het met een warm sopje reinigen.

Let op: de thermostaatstekker
bevestigd aan het snoer niet
onderdompelen in water, alleen reinigen
met een vochtig doekje !

5 Droog het apparaat grondig na het

reinigen.

Let op dat de thermostaat-aansluiting
van het apparaat volledig droog is
voordat het apparaat weer gebruikt
wordt!

6 Berg het apparaat en snoer op in de

doos. Bewaar de gebruikers-

handleiding.

7 Bewaar de Table Chef Pro op een

droge en kinderveilige plaats.

Giet nooit koud water op de bakplaat.
De bakplaat zal beschadigen en het snel
verhitte water spat van de bakplaat af.

Veiligheid

Algemeen

• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing goed
door en bewaar deze zorgvuldig.

• Gebruik dit apparaat alleen zoals
beschreven in deze gebruiks­aanwijzing.

• Gebruik dit apparaat alleen voor
huishoudelijke doeleinden.

• Het gebruik van dit apparaat door
kinderen of personen met een fysieke,
zintuiglijke, verstandelijke of
motorische handicap, of met gebrek
aan ervaring en kennis, kan
gevaarlijke situaties opleveren.
Personen die verantwoordelijk zijn
voor de veiligheid van dergelijke
personen moeten duidelijke
instructies geven of toezien op het
gebruik van het apparaat.

snoer, de thermostaat en de stekker
niet in aanraking komen met
hittebronnen, zoals een hete
kookplaat of open vuur.

• Zorg ervoor dat de thermostaat, het
snoer en de stekker niet in aanraking
komen met water.

• Het apparaat moet zijn warmte kwijt
kunnen om brandgevaar te
voorkomen. Zorg dat het apparaat
voldoende vrij staat en niet in contact
kan komen met brandbaar materiaal.
Het apparaat mag niet worden bedekt.

Tijdens gebruik

• Het apparaat is alleen geschikt voor
huishoudelijk gebruik

• Buitengebruik is alleen aan te raden
bij droog weer. Gebruik zonodig een
geaard verlengsnoer met voldoende

doorsnede (min. 3 mm

).

• Houd toezicht op kinderen wanneer ze
gebruikmaken van de Table Chef Pro.

• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele en
vlakke, hitte- en spatbestendige

ondergrond, op een plaats waar het
niet kan vallen.

• Laat het snoer niet over de rand van
een aanrecht, werkblad of tafel
hangen.

• Zorg ervoor dat uw handen droog zijn
als u het snoer of de stekker aanraakt.

• Schakel het apparaat uit en verwijder
de stekker uit het stopcontact als u
tijdens het gebruik storingen
ondervindt, het apparaat gaat reinigen
of klaar bent met het gebruik.

• Zorg bij gebruik van het apparaat voor
voldoende ventilatie.

• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd
achter als het in gebruik is.

• Verplaats het apparaat nooit als het is
ingeschakeld of nog warm is. Schakel
het apparaat eerst uit en verplaats het
pas als het is afgekoeld.

• Wees voorzichtig bij gebruik van het
apparaat. De bakplaat is erg heet en
kan bij aanraking brandwonden
veroorzaken .

• Pas op voor stoom en spatten bij het
plaatsen van de etenswaren op de
hete bakplaat.

• Gebruik ovenwanten als u het
apparaat tijdens/na gebruik aanraakt.

• Pak het apparaat niet op wanneer het
in het water is gevallen. Neem direct
de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Gebruik het apparaat niet meer.

• Maak het apparaat na gebruik grondig
schoon (zie hoofdstuk ‘Na gebruik’).

• De grillplaat van deze set is voorzien
van een antiaanbaklaag op PTFE-
basis. Bij verwarming hiervan kunnen
uiterst kleine hoeveelheden gassen
afgegeven worden, die voor de mens
volkomen onschadelijk zijn. Gebleken
is echter dat het zenuwstelsel van
vogels hiervoor extreem gevoelig is.
Gebruik het apparaat daarom niet in

General

This Table Chef Pro enables you to fry or
grill food without using fat.

The Table Chef

Pro is equipped with a grill
plate with a non-stick coating and a
thermostat that maintains the grill plate at
the required temperature. The appliance is
extremely simple to use; all you need to do
is connect the appliance to a mains power
supply. Once the appliance has heated up
you put the food on the grill plate.
Consequently the Table Chef Pro is ideal
for Teppan yaki cooking, frying, and
barbeques – and for use at children’s
parties.

Note: read the following instructions
before you use the appliance!

Tip: give children simple instructions

before they use this appliance, and
supervise them while they use it.

Operation and
controls

The appliance is equipped with the
following features, see Fig. 1:

A. Temperature light
B. Thermostat dial
C. Thermostat
D. Thermostat socket
E. Grill plate
F. Wooden or plastic spatula
G. Plug/power cord

Before using for the first time

1 Remove the packaging.
2 Clean the appliance. See ‘Cleaning and

maintenance’.

Use (see Fig. 1)

• Never put the appliance on a hob.

• When the appliance is switched on the
light will illuminate and extinguish as
the thermostat switches the heating
element on and off to maintain the
required temperature.

• A little hot fat can splash from the
appliance when the thermostat set to
higher than 165 degrees Celsius.

• Never allow metal cutlery to contact
the grill plate, since this could damage
the non-stick coating.

• Do not touch the hot grill plate. Use
oven gloves if you need to touch the
appliance during or shortly after use.

1 Prepare the ingredients.
2 Clean the grill plate with a damp cloth.
3 Place the appliance on a sturdy flat

surface.

4 Plug the thermostat in the appliance’s

socket.
5 Put the plug into an earthed wall socket.
6 Adjust the thermostat dial.
7 Wait for about 10 minutes until the

temperature light has extinguished. The

grill plate has now reached the required

temperature.
8 Use the spatula to turn the food over

during frying and grilling.

Tip: small pieces will cook better – and
more quickly – than large pieces.

Tip: adjust the thermostat setting to suit
the ingredients; experiment with the
cooking time and temperature required to
achieve the best results.

Maintenance
and cleaning

• Never move the appliance whilst it is
switched on or is still hot. Switch off
the appliance, and wait until it has
cooled down before you move it.

• Never immerse the thermostat in
water, or in other liquids. If this
happens do not use the appliance any
more; dispose of the appliance.

• Never use corrosive or scouring
cleaning agents.

After Use (see Fig. 2)

1 Always remove the plug from the wall

socket and allow the appliance to cool
down completely before you clean it.

2 Remove any residues with kitchen

paper towel.
3 Clean the thermostat with a damp cloth.
4 You can clean the appliance in a

dishwasher or hot washing-up water.

Note: never immerse the power cord’s
thermostat plug in water; always use a
damp cloth!

5 Dry the appliance thoroughly after

cleaning.

Make sure that the appliance’s
thermostat socket is completely dry
before you use it again!

6 Store the appliance and power cord in

the box. Save these user’s

instructions.

7 Store this Table Chef Pro in a dry place,

out of the reach of children.

Never pour cold water onto the grill
plate; this will damage the grill plate,
and the water will boil and splash.

Safety

General information

• Please read these instructions
carefully, and retain them for future
reference.

• Use this appliance only in accordance
with the instructions.

• This appliance is intended solely for
domestic use.

• The use of this appliance by children
or persons with a physical, sensory,
mental or motor disability or with a
lack of the necessary knowledge and
experience may cause a hazard.
Persons responsible for the safety of
such people must give explicit
instructions or supervise the use of
the appliance.

• Keep the appliance out of the reach of
children, and of persons who may not
be able to operate it safely.

• The appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of an external
timer or seperate remote control
system.

• Have any repairs carried out solely by

same as that indicated on the type
plate on the appliance before use.

• Plug the appliance into an earthed

socket by pulling on the plug, not the
power cord.

• Do not use the appliance if the power
cord or the appliance is damaged. For
your safety return the appliance to our
service department. A damaged power
cord can be replaced solely by our
service department, who have the
special tools required for the repair.

• Make sure that the appliance, the
power cord, thermostat and the plug
do not come in contact with sources
of heat, such as a hot hob or naked
flame.

• Make sure that the thermostat, the
power cord and plug do not come in
contact with water.

• The appliance needs space to allow
heat to escape, thereby avoiding the
risk of fire. Make sure that the
appliance has sufficient space around
it, and does not come in contact with
flammable material. The appliance
must not be covered.

During use

• This appliance is suitable solely for
domestic use

• You should use the appliance
outdoors solely in dry weather. If so
required, use an earthed extension
lead of a suitable diameter (at least

3 mm

• Supervise children when they use the
Table Chef Pro.

• Place the appliance on a flat, stable,
heat-resistant and splash-proof
surface where it cannot fall.

• Never allow the power cord to hang
over the edge of the draining board,
worktop or table.

• Make sure that your hands are dry
before touching the power cord or the
plug.

• Switch off the appliance and remove
the plug from the wall socket in the
event of a malfunction during use, and
before cleaning the appliance or
storing it after use.

• Make sure that there is enough

Votre Table Chef Pro vous permet de
préparer des aliments sans ajouter de
corps gras.

Le Table Chef

Pro est équipé d'une plaque
de cuisson avec revêtement antiadhésif et
d'un thermostat qui la maintient à la
température voulue. L'utilisation de
l'appareil est très simple. Il suffit de
raccorder l'appareil à une source de
courant électrique. Une fois la température
voulue atteinte, vous placez les aliments
sur la plaque. Le Table Chef Pro est donc
idéal pour préparer à votre table Teppan
Yaki, grillades, barbecue ou petits plats
pour la fête des enfants.

Attention : avant de brancher l'appareil
et de commencer à l'utiliser, lisez
d'abord les instructions ci-dessous !

Conseil : si l'appareil sert pour un repas

d'enfants, donnez-leur les instructions
nécessaires à l'avance, et surveillez-les
bien.

Fonctionnement et
utilisation

Les composants de l'appareil sont, selon la

Avant la première utilisation

1 Enlevez l'emballage.
2 Nettoyez l'appareil. Voir 'Nettoyage et

entretien'.

Utilisation (voir la fig. 1)

• Ne placez jamais l'appareil sur la
plaque d'une cuisinière.

• Le thermostat règle la température
durant l'utilisation, le témoin
indicateur s'allume et s'éteint donc
sans cesse.

• Si le thermostat est réglé sur une
température supérieure à 165 degrés
Celcius, faites attention à la possibilité
de giclures autour de l'appareil,
pouvant atteindre les utilisateurs.

• N'utilisez jamais d'ustensiles
métalliques, pour ne pas endommager
le revêtement antiadhésif.

• Ne touchez pas la plaque de cuisson
chaude. Lorsque vous touchez
l'appareil pendant ou juste après
l'utilisation, protégez-vous avec un
torchon ou une manique.

1 Préparez les aliments.
2 Nettoyez la plaque de cuisson avec un

chiffon humide.

3 Installez l'appareil sur une surface

plane et stable.

4 Branchez le thermostat sur

l'alimentation de l'appareil.

5 Branchez la fiche sur une prise

raccordée à la terre.

6 Réglez le bouton de réglage de la

température.

7 Attendez environ 10 minutes que le

témoin indicateur de température
s'éteigne. Ceci indique que la
température réglée est atteinte.

8 Durant la cuisson, utilisez la spatule

pour retourner les aliments.

Entretien
et nettoyage

• Ne déplacez jamais l'appareil pendant
qu'il est en marche, ni s'il est encore
chaud. Éteignez-le d'abord, laissez-le
bien refroidir, et déplacez-le ensuite.

• N'immergez jamais le thermostat dans
l'eau ou dans un autre liquide. Le cas
échéant, cessez d'utiliser l'appareil et
mettez-le au rebut.

• N'utilisez pas de détergents agressifs
ou décapants.

Après l'utilisation (voir la fig. 2)

1 Avant de nettoyer l'appareil, vous

débranchez toujours la fiche et vous le
laisser refroidir entièrement.

2 Enlevez les restes de cuisson avec du

papier de cuisine.

3 Nettoyez le thermostat avec un chiffon

humide.

4 Vous pouvez nettoyer l'appareil au lave-

vaisselle ou à l'eau chaude additionnée
d'un peu de détergent pour la vaisselle.

Attention : la fiche thermostat, au bout
du cordon, ne doit jamais être
mouillée ; nettoyez-la seulement avec
un chiffon légèrement humide !

5 Après le nettoyage, séchez bien

l'appareil.

Veillez à ce que la fiche thermostat de
l'appareil soit parfaitement sèche avant
de réutiliser l'appareil.

6 Rangez l'appareil et le cordon dans la

boîte. Conservez bien le manuel.

7 Rangez le Table Chef Pro dans un

endroit sec, hors d'atteinte des enfants.

Ne versez jamais d'eau froide sur la
plaque de cuisson. Ceci
endommagerait la plaque de cuisson, et
l'eau risque de gicler de la plaque
brûlante.

Der Table Chef

Pro verfügt über eine
Bratfläche mit Antihaftschicht und einen
Thermostat, der die Bratfläche auf der
richtigen Temperatur hält. Das Gerät ist
ganz leicht zu bedienen. Sie müssen das
Gerät nur an das Stromnetz anschließen.
Wenn die richtige Temperatur erreicht ist,
legen Sie die gewünschten Lebensmittel
auf die Platte. Damit ist der Table Chef Pro
ideal, um zu Hause Teppanyaki, Raclette,
Barbecue oder Gerichte für Kinderfeiern
zuzubereiten.

Achtung: Lesen Sie erst die
nachfolgenden Anweisungen, bevor Sie
das Gerät anschließen und benutzen!

Benutzung (siehe Abb. 1)

• Stellen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls auf
eine Kochplatte.

• Während der Benutzung regelt der
Thermostat die Temperatur, darum
schaltet sich die Lampe ständig ein
und aus.

• Steht der Thermostat höher als 165
Grad Celsius, dann halten Sie bitte
einen Benutzerabstand zum Gerät ein,
da das Fett leicht aufspritzen kann.

• Verwenden Sie kein Metallbesteck, um
Beschädigungen an der
Antihaftbeschichtung zu vermeiden.

• Kommen Sie nicht mit der heißen
Bratplatte in Berührung. Benutzen Sie
Topflappen, wenn Sie das Gerät
während/kurz nach der Benutzung
anfassen.

1 Bereiten Sie die Zutaten vor.

3 Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen festen,

stabilen Untergrund.

4 Stecken Sie den Thermostat in den

elektrischen Anschluss des Geräts.

5 Stecken Sie den Stecker in eine

geerdete Steckdose.
6 Stellen Sie den Thermostatknopf ein.
7 Warten Sie ca. 10 Minuten, bis die

Temperaturlampe AUS ist. Dies ist ein

Hinweis darauf, dass die gewünschte

Temperatur erreicht wurde.
8 Verwenden Sie beim Braten den

Spachtel zum Wenden der Zutaten.

Tipp: Kleine Stücke werden schneller gar
und sind schneller fertig als große Stücke.

• Verschieben Sie das Gerät keinesfalls
in eingeschaltetem Zustand oder
wenn es noch warm ist. Schalten Sie
das Gerät zuerst aus und verschieben
Sie es erst, wenn es abgekühlt ist.

• Tauchen Sie den Thermostat nie unter
Wasser oder in andere Flüssigkeiten.
Sollte dies trotzdem passieren, dann
verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mehr
und entsorgen Sie es.

• Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven
Reinigungs- oder Scheuermittel.

Nach der Benutzung

1 Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der

Steckdose und lassen Sie das Gerät
abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen.

2 Entfernen Sie Bratreste mit

Küchenpapier.

3 Reinigen Sie den Thermostat mit einem

feuchten Tuch.

4 Das Gerät ist spülmaschinenfest oder

kann mit einer warmen Seifenlauge
gereinigt werden.

Achtung: Den am Kabel befestigten
Thermostatstecker nicht ins Wasser
tauchen, sondern nur mit einem
feuchten Tuch reinigen!

5 Trocknen Sie das Gerät nach der

Reinigung gründlich ab.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Thermostatanschluss des Geräts
vollkommen trocken ist, bevor Sie das

Gerät wieder benutzen!

6 Verstauen Sie das Gerät und das Kabel

im Karton. Bewahren Sie die

Bedienungsanleitung auf.

7 Bewahren Sie den Table Chef Pro an

einem trockenen und kindersicheren
Ort auf.

Gießen Sie nie kaltes Wasser auf die
Bratplatte. Die Bratfläche wird sonst
beschädigt und das schnell erhitzte
Wasser spritzt von der Bratfläche weg.
