WARRANTY

This product is warranted to be free from defects
in material and/or workmanship for a period of (1)
year from date of original purchase not to exceed
18 months from date of shipment from our factory.
Any component which proves faulty in material
and/or workmanship within the warranty period
will be replaced or repaired (at the option of Prince
Castle, Inc,) without cost to the customer for
parts or labor.
This warranty is subject to the following
exception/conditions:

Damage caused by carelessness, neglect, and/or
abuse and misuse (e.g., dropping, tampering with
or improper maintenance) is not covered.

Equipment damaged in shipment, by fire, flood or
an act of God is not covered.

Any use of non-genuine Prince Castle replace­ment spare parts voids this warranty. All genuine
Prince Castle replacement spare parts are war­ranted for ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

Prince Castle's model 470-C Hardwood High Chair is safe,
attractive, and keeps your youngest customers sitting in
comfort. This solidly constructed high chair features a stain
resistant finish and fits virtually any decor. Designed for
commercial use, this high chair is equipped with nylon safety
straps bolted to the seat bottom, a positive-lock buckle, and
four inch casters on the rear wheels. This high chair comes
fully assembled and ready for use.

PARTS

OPERATION

1. Always refer to the Parts List in this manual. Part
numbers are needed for reference when ordering.

2. All replacement parts should be purchased from
your local Prince Castle Service Agency or your
local Prince Castle Distributor.

3. RETURNS: All inoperable warranty parts must be
returned to the Service Center.

INSTALLATION

1. After you have removed the unit from the carton,
inspect the unit for signs of damage. If there is
damage to the unit:

l Notify carrier within 24 hours after delivery.
l Save carton and packing materials for inspection

purposes.

l Contact the Prince Castle Customer Sales

Department at 1-630-462-8800 or your local
Prince Castle distributer to arrange for
a replacement to be sent.

CAUTION: When a child is in the chair
always fasten his/her seat-belt. Never
leave a child unattended. Any child using
the high chair should be secured by the
restraining strap and crotch strap at all
times.

To use the seat belt simply push the clasp into the
buckle. To release squeeze the top and bottom edge
of the buckle and pull apart. See figure 2.

CLEANING

2. Verify that all parts have been received.

Tools Required: 1/2” Open End Wrench

1/2” Socket w/Ratchet

IMPORTANT: Wheels mount on the outside of chair
frame. See figure 1.

3. Insert axle of wheel assembly through chair frame.

4. Install washer on inside of frame, then install
locking nut.

Wipe the entire chair with a clean cloth soaked in a
mild soap solution. Afterwards, wipe the chair down
with a dry, clean cloth.

5. Using wrench on outside of wheel, with socket
wrench on inside of frame, tighten the lock nut.

6. Repeat steps 1-3 for second wheel.
