Operation Grill Scraper / Wiper

Instructions 161-SW Series

Scraper Operation

Grip scraper handle in one hand and place the other hand against the hand guard.
Set the edge of the blade on the grill.
Push down and forward.

For maximum efficiency:

Wiper Operation:

1. Place wiper at the back of the grill surface and slowly pull forward.

2. Clean the wiper strip with a towel to remove grease build-up.

3. Repeat until grill is clean.

4. The wiper strip may be rotated in order to provide a new edge.

One a day, sharpen the blade to keep the edge sharp and straight.
One a day, wash the entire tool in hot, soapy water.
Once a week, remove the blade and clean underneath it.
Avoid nicking the edge of the grill scraper blade.
Keep blade corners rounded to prevent scoring.

• The wiper strip may be removed by sliding the locking strip to one side and
removing it.

the perfect tool for cleaning the grill. Use the
scraper side to remove any debris from the
surface and then use the wiper side to wipe away
any excess grease.
