surfaces with a bare foot. Unplug the heater and let it cool for at least 5 minutes
before moving it.

authorised repair centre closest to you so that it can be examined, electrical or
mechanical adjustments made, or rep air ed.
8. T his heater is not designed for use in damp or wet places, such as bathrooms or
clothes washing areas. Never put the heater anywhere where it can come into
contact with water, such as close to a washbasin, swimming pool, shower or
bathtub. If the heater gets wet, disconnect from the mains before touching it, as with
a wet heater there is always a risk of electric shock even when switched off. Never
touch a heater, whether wet or dry, if you have wet hands or any part of your body
is wet. To obtain maximum protection against electric shock, always plug the heater
into a socket with a switch and properly earthed. Do not use the heater out of doors.

A defective socket can overheat the power cable and cause a fire.
14. Plug directly into the electricity socket on the wall. The extension leads
normally available are not suitable for the charge of current of this heater without
dangerous overheating. If you have to use an extension lead, do not use a cable of

lead can cause the cable to overheat or start a fire.

16. Do not place the heater close to a bed, as objects such as pillows or blankets
could fall on it and catch fire on contact with the heater.

accumulation of dust. If necessary, clean them with a vacuum cleaner, Unplug and
disconnect the heater before cleaning it.
