Limited Labor Policy. When a warranty part needs to be replaced in the rst year of operation; Pridiom
will reimburse the contractor for doing the job. *

why spend the money to control a zone’s temperature when you’re not there? Utilized throughout the
world for nearly 40 years, most homes outside North America employ ductless
mini-splits as their main cooling source. Available in North America for
almost three decades, for many years they were primarily installed to
solve specic issues in problem areas within a home or business.
Today, ductless mini-splits are recognized as an economical
zoning solution for the whole house, providing a more
comfortable environment—as well as savings on those
ever-growing utility bills.

Single Zone Mini-Splits Pridiom offers two distinct options for single zone cooling, heating, and

dehumidication, our Landmark Series and our Inverter Series.

• Landmark Series, is a basic system in which, when there is a demand for cooling or heating,

the compressor (the heart of the system) turns on and runs at full speed until it reaches the desired
temperature and then shuts down. This system is energy efcient and affordable.

• Inverter Series uses advanced inverter technology to convert the voltage entering your house from

AC (Alternating Current to DC (Direct Current), which is what you would nd in a battery. This allows
the unit to subtly increase or decrease the speed of the compressor, as well as your electric meter.
Advanced Inverter Technology will make your environment more comfortable faster and keep it that way.
It will provide heat to your space even with the outdoor temperature is as low as -4ºF. In some Northern
climates, a traditional heat pump system may not suite your heating needs, but an advance inverter
system may be the solution. These systems are also up to 65% more energy efcient than conventional
Mini-Split systems.

Multi-Zone Mini-Splits are a versatile mix-and-match system, providing customers the option of

running one to four indoor units from a single outdoor condensing unit that employs Pridiom’s Advanced
Inverter Technology. Additionally, multi-zone mini-splits allow customers to choose the number of
indoor units to install, each of which can be of varying capacities.

High Capacity Dehumidiers are durable, provide exceptional dehumidication, and are

designed with incredibly sleek good looks. Pridiom’s ENERGY STAR compliant units are perfect for
just about any location, including basements, crawlspaces, restaurants, bars, garages, and indoor
swimming areas.

Solar Power: In a joint venture with our main source of life-giving energy – the Sun – Pridiom is

bringing the rst solar powered mini-split to North America. These high-efciency inverter
ductless units will combine AC voltage from the grid and solar power from the Sun,
delivering Seasonal Energy Efciency Ration (SEER) levels never
before seen on this continent.

Multi-Zone System Combinations

Pridiom’s new line of multi zone systems utilizes combines our Advanced Inverter Technology with our
Versatile Match Technology to give you options that you never had before. First choose the size of the outdoor
unit; either 27,000 BTU’s or 36,000 BTU’s. Then select the number and size of the indoor units needed.

The POM273HX can operate as either a single, dual or tri zone system with a connectable capacity of up to
27,000 BTU’s.
The POM365HX can operate as either a single, dual, tri, or quad zone system with a connectable capacity of
up to 36,000 BTU’s.

Warranty

Pridiom offers the best warranty in the ductless mini-slit Industry. Hour warranty
is a hassle-free warranty. It covers the cost of parts for three (3) years, the
compressor for ve (5) years, and the labor to replace any parts for one (1) year
(labor is limited to the at rate labor schedule as described in detail in our ofcial
labor policy). All Pridiom systems must be installed and serviced by a Professional
HVAC Contractor according to proper installation proceedures as wells as all
applicable laws and ordanances.

All parts and labor as covered in the warranty are handled directly between the
contractor and Pridiom, through a partnership of expert troubleshooting provided
by Pridiom.

Pridiom’s warranty does not cover diagnostic time and/or repairs related to
installation error, outside damage, vandalism, etc.

Pridiom dehumidiers include a one (1) year comprehensive warranty and a three
(3) year warranty on the compressor.
