Trouble Shooting:
Q1. If remote control is not working, please take considerations of following reasons and ways to resolve the
problems:
1. Without pointing to the receiver directly? Please point the remote control straight toward the receiver.
2. The battery is dead? Please change another new battery.
3. The battery terminals are in wrong position? Reverse the position of battery terminals.
4. Obstacle between the remote control and the receiver? Remove obstacle.
5. Please use the remote control at the range of 7 meters in front of the receiver.
Q2. The TV signal shows on screen in silence.
1. Check if the TV channel you’re watching is the only one in silence.
2. Check if the “MUTE” function is on.
3. Re-connect the signal cable or power cord
4. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q3. The TV tuner cannot detect most of the C ATV channels
1. Make sure the setting of OSD Country is correct. (Please refer to Page 6)
2. Check if OSD set to “TV” by mistaken.
3. Reset the OSC to “CATV” and do channel auto-scan again.
4. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q4. Stripe or interference occurs on screen of CATV channel.
1. Check if screens of other CATV channels are normal.
2. If the other channels are normal, please select OSD “CH FINE TUNE” and fine tune display using <+> or <-> selection.
3. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q5. One of the Audio / Video input does not give screen display…
1. Check if the s-video cable or composite cable is connected.
2. Check if the display mode of your monitor is set to the right AV input signals.
3. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q6. There’s no stereo or MTS sound effects…
1. Check if the program you’re watching is broadcasted with stereo or MTS signal.
2. Check if stereo/MTS sound effect is correctly set.
3. If the above actions still cannot resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or store where you purchased the
product.
Q7.There’s no screen, but sound on TV mode…
1. Check if the channel you’re watching is the only channel without screen.
2. Make sure if other channels also have no screen…
