Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance
1. Cannot power on
Possible cause:
(1) Press Reset to check if the tablet can be power on;
(2) Connect the USB charger to check if the battery can be charged;
(3) Disassemble the tablet and check if the battery connector and switch is ok, if not, change
the connector and switch.

eMMC SW Download Tool User Manual
eMMC Download Tool is used to upgrade qualcomm serial platforms tablet or phone.
Before using the tool, press three keys of vol+, vol- and power at the same time for 3-5
seconds to switch tablet/phone to download mode.

Right click on “computer” -> “manage”, select “device manager”, click on “Ports”, show as
below, “Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 (COM22) ” displayed:
