7. The Prestige Ionic Styler is hot when in use. Do not let eyes and bare skin touch heated surfaces.

8. Do not use the appliance with any voltage converter.

10. Never use while sleeping.

11. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

12. Do not place this appliance directly on any surface while it is hot or plugged in.

1. The appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

4. WARNING: Do not use this appliance near water. Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.

BELANGRIJK:

1. SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCES

In a double-insulated appliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated appliance, nor should a means for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insulated appliance is marked with the words “DOUBLE INSUL ATION” or “DOUBLE INSULATED”. The symbol (square within a square) may also be marked on the appliance.

This appliance has a polarized plug ( one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

BUITEN BEREIK VAN KINDEREN HOUDEN

ONDERHOUD AAN DUBBELGEÏSOLEERDE APPARATEN In een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat worden twee systemen van isolatie toegepast, i.p.v. een aarding. Een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat is niet geaard. Het apparaat dient ook niet op een andere manier geaard te worden. Onderhoud aan een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat vergt uiterste zorg en kennis van het systeem en mag uitsluitend door gekwalificeerd onderhoudspersoneel worden uitgevoerd. Vervangingsonderdelen voor een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat dienen identiek te aan de te vervangen onderdelen. Een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat wordt aangeduid met de woorden “dubbele isolatie” of “dubbelgeïsoleerd”. Ook kan het symbool (vierkant in een vierkant) op het apparaat staan aangegeven.

BASIC DIRECTIONS

1. Plug in the Prestige Ionic Styler.

2. See “ON/OFF SWITCH WITH 2 HEAT SETTINGS” section below.

Note: It will take approximately 1 minute for the Prestige Ionic S tyler to be ready to use af ter turned on.

3. Use on dry hair only.

4. Simply brush entire hairstyle underneath and on top, to achieve a smoother, shinierand softer style, or, section and roll each area as you would with a round brush and blow dryer to create maximum fullness, body and bounce.

ON/OFF SWITCH WITH 2 HEAT SETTINGS

Turn the switch on, and select the temperature setting for your preference.

• Low - Good for thin or damaged hair; or hair that is highly treated or colored.

• High - Good for normal to thick hair; or hair that is naturally very cury or wavy.

• OFF - Turns of f.

Note: The red Indicator Light blinks until set temperature is reached. Star t using once the Indicator Light stays on.

For safety, turn the ON/OFF switch off and unplug after use.

BASISINSTRUCTIES

1. Steek de stekker van de Prestige Ionic Styler in het stopcontact.

2. Lees de onderstaande paragraaf “AAN / UIT-SCHAKEL AAR MET 2 WARMTESTANDEN”.

Let op: Het duurt ongeveer 1 minuut alvorens de Prestige Ionic Styler gereed is om te gebruiken nadat deze is ingeschakeld.

3. Uitsluitend gebruiken op droog haar.

4. Voor het verkrijgen van extra zachtheid, glans en body, uw haar eenvoudigweg stijlen of per pluk behandelen zoals u met een ronde borstel zou doen en föhnen om maximale volume, body en veerkracht te creëren. AAN/UIT SCHAKEL AAR MET 2 WARMTESTANDEN Zet de schakelaar aan en selecteer de gewenste temperatuurinstelling.

• Low - G eschikt voor dun of beschadigd haar of haar dat vaak behandeld of sterk gekleurd is.

• High - Geschikt voor normaal tot dik haar of haar dat van nature sterk krult of golvend is.

• OF F - Schakelt het apparaat uit.

Opmerking: Het rode lampje knippert totdat de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt. Gebruik het apparaat zodra het lampje niet langer knippert. Voor de veiligheid na gebruik de AAN / UIT-schakelaar op off zetten en de stekker uit het stopcontact nemen.

ADDING VOLUME AND MOVEMENT TO BANGS

Follow the “BASIC DIRECTIONS” and slide the Prestige Ionic Styler from underneath or on top of your section.

Tip: Slide the Prestige Ionic Styler forward, and slide towards the end slowly.

For moving bangs to the sides:

Tip:

Hold the Prestige Ionic Styler vertically, and roll and slide hair towards the back of the head.

Applying the other hand to hold hair makes the process easier.

CURLING

Follow the “BASIC DIRECTIONS” and start brushing hair from underneath slowly, then rotate the Prestige Ionic Styler once to roll the hair ends.

Tip: Take a section and start rolling hair in the mid area. Then slide the brush towards the end slowly to create rounded body and bounce.

ADDING VOLUME TO THE TOP

Follow the “BASIC DIRECTIONS” and apply the Prestige Ionic Styler at the roots of the top section where additional volume is desired.

Tip: For extra hold, use hair styling products such as gel or cream to each section before using Prestige Ionic Styler. Applying the other hand to hold hair makes the process easier.

KRULLEN Volg de “BASISINSTRUCTIES”en borstel het haar langzaam van binnenuit. Draai vervolgens de Prestige Ionische Styler 1 keer om de haarpunten te krullen.

Tip: Neem een pluk en begin vanaf het midden te rollen. Beweeg de borstel langzaam naar het einde om afgeronde body en veerkracht te creëren.

BOVENOP VOLUME CREËREN Volg de “BASISINSTRUCTIES”en gebruik de Prestige Ionische Styler aan de wortels van het bovenste gedeelte waar extra volume gewenst is.

Tip: Voor extra stevig, brengt u haarstylingproducten zoals gel of crème aan op elke pluk alvorens de Prestige Ionische Styler te gebruiken. Met de andere hand uw haar vasthouden maakt het proces gemakkelijker.

CARE

Unplug the Prestige Ionic Styler and let it cool down.

• Do not rinse with water. It may damage the Prestige Ionic Styler.

• For cleaning the N ylon Bristles, wipe with a moistened cloth. Do not use products

that include benzine and/or paint thinner for it may damage the Prestige Ionic Styler.

• For cleaning the C eramic Barrel, use cot ton swabs. Be cautious not to leave the

cotton fibers on the barrel.

• Clean often to avoid collecting dust and hair.

STORING

Be sure to check the following before using the Prestige Ionic Styler.

• Turn the ON/ OFF switch off, and unplug.

• Be sure the Cer amic Barrel has cooled of f.

• Do not wrap cord around the Prestige Ionic Styler.

CLEANING / REINIGEN

ONDERHOUD Haal de stekker van de Prestige Ionische Styler uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen.

• Niet met water afspoelen. Dit kan schade aan de Prestige Ionische Styler veroorzaken.

• Om de nylon borstels te reinigen, afnemen met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen producten die

benzine en/of thinner bevatten daar dit schade aan de Prestige Ionische Styler kan veroorzaken.

• Gebruik wattenstaafjes voor het reinigen van de Keramische Trommel. Wees voorzichtig en zorg

dat er geen katoenvezels op het trommel achterblijven.

• Reinig regelmatig om te voorkomen dat stof en haren zich ophopen.

OPBERGEN Controleer de volgende punten alvorens de Prestige Ionische Styler op te bergen.

• Zet de AA N / UIT-schakelaar op off en neem de stekker uit het stopcontact.

• Verzeker u ervan dat de Ceramische Trommel is afgekoeld.

• Het netsnoer niet om de Prestige Ionische Styler wikkelen.

Wellquest International Inc geeft garantie dat de Prestige™ Ionische Styler geen defecten zal vertonen in materiaal en vakmanschap bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik gedurende 1 jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop. Bewaar de aankoopbon als garantiebewijs om aanspraak op de garantiebepalingen te kunnen maken. Binnen een periode van een jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop repareert of vervangt Wellquest International Inc. uit eigen beweging de Prestige™ Ionische Styler of indien onderdelen defect blijken te zijn. Deze garantie dekt geen eventuele verzend- en administratiekosten. Deze garantie dekt geen schade veroorzaakt door een ongeluk, verkeerd gebruik, verwaarlozing, misbruik, gebruik op een andere dan de op het product aangegeven spanning of gebruik voor commerciële doeleinden.

Indien uw Prestige™ Ionische Styler binnen deze garantietermijn defect raakt, neemt u dan contact op met Wellquest International Inc. telefoonnummer Afdeling Klantenservice 09 00 - 0400032. Indien het product niet langer leverbaar is, kan een vervangend of vergelijkbaar product van gelijke of hogere waarde worden geleverd. Iedere poging dit product te repareren of te onderhouden maakt de garantie ongeldig.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty is for the original purchaser of Prestige™ Ionic Styler, and is non transferable. Wellquest International Inc. warrants that Prestige™ Ionic Styler will have no defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage for 1 year from the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to attain warranty provisions. Within a two year period from the date of purchase, Wellquest International Inc. will repair or replace, on its own accord, any Prestige™ Ionic Styler or parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover any shipping and handling charges which may incur. This warranty does not include any damages caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, use on a voltage other than marked on the product, or use for commercial purposes.

If your Prestige™ Ionic Styler is found to be defective within the time period of this warranty, please contact the Wellquest International Inc. Customer Service Department Toll Free number 800-423-4248. If the product is discontinued or no longer available, a replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. Any attempt to repair or service this product on your own will void the warranty.
