INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDISON AND BILTMORE CABINETS
Tools required by the installer:
3/8” Drive ratchet and Extension 1/2” Sockets for above
1/2” Combo end wrench # 2 and # 3 Phillips screwdriver
Electric drill/ driver 1/8” & 3/16” Drill bits
Speed Square
Prior to installation of the table please check for damaged or missing parts. Call Presidential Billiards at
866-728-2253 if there is a problem. The assembly hardware is packed according to the steps below to
facilitate the cabinet assembly.
STEP 1 ASSEMBLE THE CABINET
1.1 Lay the cabinet panels upside down on a clean, flat, level surface.
1.2 Loosely assemble the leg and beam bracket to cabinet panels.
1.3 Once cabinet is loosely assembled, place top corner bracket in position.
Do Not Tighten cabinet at this time
STEP 2 ATTACH BEAMS
2.1 Place beams in beam brackets.
2.2 Use bolt, square washer, round washer and nut from hardware pack to fasten beam to beam
bracket.
2.3 Using a square pull the beam flush with the top of the cabinet while making sure the bottom of
the beam in resting fully on the bracket.
2.4 Tighten beam to the bracket.
2.5 Tighten the bracket to the cabinet. (Note: Long beam must be flush or slightly below short cross
beams or slate will not set level on table.)
2.6 Starting in one corner tighten bolts in leg and corner brackets. Use a square to make sure the
corner bracket is flush or slightly below the top of the cabinet.
2.7 Attach wing blocks using 5/16” x 2” bolts and 5/16” flat washers from hardware pack.
STEP 3 INSTALLING TRIM CORNERS
3.1 Start screws in corners with fingers.
3.2 Slide corners into position.
3.3 Using #2 Phillips screwdriver, tighten the screws. (DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS) Tighten
until snug.

INSTALLATION INSTUCTIONS
NOTE: THESE CABINETS CAN BE DISASSEMBLED FOR DIFFICULT INSTALLATIONS.
Tools required by the installer:
Socket wrench 1/2", 9/16”
End wrench 1/2", 9/16”
Phillips screwdriver, #2 & #3
Staple gun to apply felt
½” Drive flex T handle
9/16” Socket (1/2” drive)
3’ or 4’ Spirit level
Prior to installation of the table please check for damaged or missing parts. Call Presidential Billiards at
866-728-2253 if there is a problem. The hardware is packed in several different packets. Each packet
indicates a step number. This coincides with the steps in this installation instruction and will hopefully
reduce your time to verify what hardware is required where. It is suggested that you retain the bolts in
their respective packets for ease of installation.
STEP 1 ATTACHING THE LEGS TO THE MAIN CABINET
1.1 Turn the cabinet upside down on the floor.
1.2 Install the hanger bolts in the legs (2 per leg)
TIP: Jam 2 nuts together on the machine screw end of the hanger bolt and seat to the proper
depth in the leg. A long handled wrench, such as the flex-T socket handle will make this easier.
Ideally, an electric impact wrench with a 9/16” socket could be used. You may choose to install
the hanger bolts in the warehouse before going out to install the table.
1.3 Place the 4 legs in position and loosely bolt in place with the nuts and washers provided in
packet # 1.
1.4 Having placed all these components in position, align them so that all joints close tightly.
Tighten the bolts ensuring that the joints remain closed.
1.5 Damage may result from over tightening of components.
1.6 Set the cabinet up on its legs.
1.7 Install the wood screws through the leg bracket holes into the legs and tighten. (Pre-drill with a
5/32” bit.)
Note: Ignore this step if screws are not provided in the step 1 bolt packet.

STEP 2 LEVELING THE TABLE & INSTALLING THE SLATE
2.1 Place the cabinet in the desired location in the room.
2.2 Level the cabinet to the floor, shimming under the legs.
2.3 Set the 3 slate pieces in place and pre drill the slate screw holes into the slate support with a
3/16" drill bit. Level the table and slate combination with a spirit level both lengthwise and
cross wise, shimming as necessary.
2.4 Fasten the slate to the slate support using the screws provided.
2.5 Fill the joints and install the bed cloth.
STEP 3 ASSEMBLING THE CUSHION RAILS & POCKETS
3.1 Remove the packaging from the cushion rails and apply the billiard fabric to the cushion rails.
Note: This step may have been completed before the table was delivered.
3.2 Lay out all the rails upside down and install the pockets using the bolts supplied. Keep the
rail/pocket joint as tight as possible
3.3 Having bolted the 6 rails together turn the rail and pocket assembly right side up and place on
the table.
Caution: Be very careful at this point to avoid cracking a rail.
STEP 4
4.1 Align the rail/pocket assembly and loosely bolt it to the slate surface using the bolts and dome
washers provided.
4.2 Align the rail/ pocket assembly to the slate and tighten the bolts by hand. (No power tools
please!)
WARNING: Do not over tighten!
4.3 See the ‘Helpful Hints’ for installing the rail/pocket assembly found in the pocket carton.
