NOTE
This unit may be submitted to changes in specifications,
characteristics and/or operation without prior notice to the user,
in order to continue improving and developing its technology.
1. SETTING.
On hook, press SET key to enter setup mode and L CD will
display SET 1 DATE. Then press UP or DOWN key to
choose the item of setting. While LCD displays the setup
item as desire, press SET key again to enter the setting
you have chosen. Al ways conclude a setup and proceed to
the next item by pressing SET key, make a setting by
pressing UP or DOWN key and exit the setup mode by
pressing DEL key .The specific setup items are as follows:
z SET 1 DATE
When the LCD displays SET 1 DATE, press SET key to
enter the setup mode. And setting of year is blinking.
Change or reset the setting as desire by pressing UP or
DOWN key. Then conclude the setting and proceed to next
setting by pressing SET key. And make all the settings of
month, day, hour and minute by the same procedures as
setting of year. Then press SET key to confirm the setting of
date.
z SET 2 CODE
When the LCD displays SET 2 CODE, press SET key to
confirm and LCD will display “CODE-----” with first ‘-’
blinking, requesting for setup of first digit of area code.
Press UP or DOWN key to set or re-set the digit of the code

and press SET key to move cursor. Conclude the setting
and proceed to next setting by pressing SET key.

z SET 3 PCODE
he operation of this setting is the same as SET 2 CODE
z SET 4 AUTO IP
When the LCD displays SET 4 AUTO IP, press SET key to
confirm and LCD will display “AUTO IP OFF” with OFF
blinking, then press UP or DOWN key to choose ‘OFF’ or
‘ON’, and then press SET key again to confirm.
If you choose ‘ON’ and then press SET key, LCD will
display ‘INPUT CODE’. Then you can input an IP service
number as desire, and press SET key again to confirm. If
you have set IP service number in the unit-set, the unit-set
will automatically add the IP service number to phone
number when you pre-dial or call back a long distance call
phone number.
z SET 5 ALARM
On hook,press SET key then press UP or DOWN to enter
ALARM code.press UP or DOWN to choose “1”, “2”,
“3”,then press UP or DOWN to and SET key to confirm the
TIME.
z SET6 ALERT
On hook,press SET key and press UP or DOWN to enter
SET 6 ALERM code.press SET key again then you can
choose ON or OFF to open or closed the ALERT.if you
choose ON,your extension phon e set can not make a call
and will send alert noise to your phone when some one

make a call.double phone will have very big alert noise
when your extension telephone set answer a phone.
2. OPERATION
z RECEIVE A CALL
When receives a FSK or DTMF incoming call, phone
automatically detects and displays the incoming call
number. If it is FSK mode calling, the display signal will
automatically refresh the setting of month, day, hour and
minute, while the setting of year remains un changed. For a
DTMF mode calling, every setting will remain unchanged.
And be causer the DTMF signal only includes incoming
calling number, but no calling date. So when the system
receives DTMF incoming call, it will endow it’s own date to
the incoming call number with LCD displaying the calling
sequence simultaneously.
z REVIEW INCOMING CALL NUMBERS
Press UP or DOWN key to search upwardly or downwardly
for the latest incoming call numbers. Hold the key for over 4
seconds to search rapidly.
z REVIEW OUTGOING CALL NUMBERS
Press OUT key repeatedly to search downwardly the latest
outgoing phone numbers.
z DEL BUTTON
Press DEL key to exit corresponding setting in setup or
delete the number in revie wing mode. Press DEL key for 3
over seconds to delete all the incoming call numbers in
reviewing incoming calls mode.
z REDIAL KEY
In case you come across a busy line, hang up handset

and then press RD/BACK key, the last number you dialed
will be dialed out again automatically. This operation can
be repeated.
z MUSIC ON HOLD:
Off hook, press HOLD button, and then the music will
sound, and then hang up the receiver. Pick up receiver
again, the HOLD music will stop, follo wed automatically by
talk mode with hands; or press HOLD again, the HOLD
music will stop, followed by talk mode with hands-free.
z BACK
On hook,press UP or down or OUT to choose the number
you want then press BACK key then phone will dial the
number.
z SP-PHONE
On hook,you can press SP-PHONE to make a call or
answer a call no need to take up HANDSET
z CALCULATOR
On hook,press CAL key to enter calculating mode.then
you can make a calculation by using six
keys:DOWN/+,UP/-,OUT/x,BRT/÷,#/=,*/.
z FLASH
After you have finished your conversation, please
press the“FLASH”key then you can d ial a new number is
okay.
z PAUSE KEY
It is needed for line access in pabx system. Press
“PAUSE”key you can dial the phone number without
waiting for the outside dial tone to appear.

z TONE AND PULSE DIALING
If your home is equipped with touch tone dialing
service. Set the dialing mode selector
to“TONE”position for quick and accurate dialing.
Otherwise set the“PULSE” position.
z ADJUST VOLUME
a) On hook, and when the unit set is in rest situation,
press VOL key to enter adjusting ringer’s volume,Then
press VOL key repeatedly to choose the level of volume
for incoming ringer.There are 4 levels for yo ur choice.
b) Off hook, press VOL key repeatedly to choose the level
of volume for sp-phone. There are 2 levels for your choice.
z BRIGHTNESS
On hook or off hook,press BRT to adjust LCD lighteness
Hi-Lo “5”, “4”,“3” ,“2”,“1”.
z 8 TYPE OF RINGER SELECTABLE
On hook,press key “RING” to choose RINGER of you want.
z MEMORY KEYS:M1,M2,M3
On hook,input the telephone or mobile number then press
M1 and STORE for setting M1.the same way setting for
M2,M3
z EXPLANATION FOR BATTERY USING
1.Please insert 2 PCS UM4(AAA) Battery before using this
unit.
2.Disconnect from phone line before replacin g battery.

z IDD LOCK:
Input key to key hole then you can turn key to following
three selectable:
RED :NO LOCK
GREEN: "0" LOCKED
YELLOW:NO DIALING
REMARKS:
1. When your phone is not in use, use it rests properly
on the telephone base.
2. Avoid rough handling and areas with high humidity,
heavy dust and extreme temperature.
3. When the phone needs cleaning, use a mild detergent
and a damp cloth. Never use abrasive , stro ng cleaners
or solvents.
