These instructions should be read carefully and left with the user of the product for future reference.
INSTALLATION
Place the EH1646 on a firm flat surface at least 20cm (8") from a wall. Ensure that the air inlets (at the back) and the air outlets (on the front) are not obstructed.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.  Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision
Do not direct the hot air output towards curtains or soft furnishings.  Leave a gap of at least 100mm (4") at the sides of the heater.  Do not place on soft surfaces  Not suitable for use in boats, caravans or other similar areas.  Do not cover. This symbol shown on the casing of the heater
means that the heater should not be covered.
Do not use outdoors.  Do not place the heater directly below a socket outlet.  Do not use in bathrooms, or in wet or damp locations such as swimming
pools or showers.
Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control
system or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
Do not place the mains lead beneath a carpet or rug.  Do not use the heater in locations where paint, petrol or other flammable liquids
are used or stored.
Do no insert any object into the heater through the grilles. This may damage
the heater or result in overheating or electric shock.
WARNING: This heater can be run without a device to control the room
temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
