read the following set-up and use instructions carefully before using the scale.

Measurement of Weight
This scale is calibrated to weigh in pounds (lbs),
but can also measure in kilograms.
You can covert the weight unit as follows:
1. Find unit switch inside the battery compartment at the
top of the back of the scale.
2. Move the switch horizontally to convert scale unit
between lb-kg.
Remove Plastic Tab from Battery
This scale includes one 3V lithium battery
(CR2032). To activate battery:
1. Remove battery door on bottom of scale.
2. Gently pull out the plastic tab to activate battery.
3. Replace battery door.
1. Place the scale on a flat, dry surface.
2. Gently step on the scale. The scale will automatically turn on.
3. Stand evenly on the scale without moving and wait until
your weight shown on display is stable and locked.
Auto shut-off occurs if display shows “0.0” for 8 seconds, or
shows the same weight reading for 8 seconds.
1. Open battery case cover on the back of scale.
2. Take out the used battery with the aid of a sharp object,
as shown in picture to the right.
3. Install new battery by putting one side of the battery
beneath the battery baffle and then pressing down the
other side.
4. If scale does not operate, repeat procedure, turning
battery over.
1. The glass platform will be slippery when it is wet. Keep dry.
2. Keep standing still during the course of weighing.
3. Treat the scale with care as it is a precise instrument.
4. Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid water getting inside the scale.
DO NOT use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
5. Keep the scale in cool place with dry air.
6. If scale fails to turn on, check whether battery is installed properly, or battery
power is low. Insert or replace new battery.
7. If there is error on display or the scale will not turn off for a long period of time,
please take out the battery for about 3 seconds, then install it again to correct
error. If you cannot resolve the problem, please contact Precision One Customer
Service for consultation.
