I. Main Functions:

II. Power-On and reset
1. Normal state after battery insertion clock checks temperature and humidity 3 minutes of radio
frequency receiving
2. Calendar default: 0:00 January 1, 2011
3. Temperature unit default:
4. Time default: 12 Hr
5. Alarm default: AM 12:00
Key Functions
Normal Setting
1. Hold “TIME” for 2 seconds to enter into time setting.
2. Hold “ALARM”, Select AL1AL2normal mode.
3. Hold “ALARM” for 2 seconds to enter into Alarm setting.
4. Press “UP” to turn on Alarm 1 turn on Alarm 2 turn on Alarm 1 & Alarm 2 at the same time turn
off Alarm 1 & Alarm 2.
5. Press “DOWN” to switch between °C/°F.
6. Press “SNZ/LGT” to turn on the back light 5 seconds, keep pressing “SNZ/LGT” for 2 seconds, enter sleep
setting time ,time setting range 5-30 minutes.
7. When alarm is ringing, press ”SNZ/LGT” to enter into 5 minutes snooze function.
8. Press “Channel” to switch RF channel, CH1 CH2CH3.
9. Hold “Channel” key for 2 seconds to clear out all data of current Channel.
10. Press “Alert” to turn on/off Temperature Alert.
11. Hold “Alert” for 2 seconds, enter Temperature Alert Setting.
12. Press “MAX/MIN” to check Temperature & Humidity Max/Min Data.
13. Hold “MAX/MIN” for 2 seconds, clear all data for Temperature and Humidity.
Time set
1. Hold “TIME” key for 2 seconds to enter into time setting.
2. The sequence of time setting: Year (2000-2050) Month Date Language 12/24 hour
selectableHour Minute Exit
3. The setting item will flash.
4. Press “TIME” to confirm the setting.
5. Press “UP” one time, the setting will go ahead for one step; hold the key for 2 seconds, it will run forward
by 8 steps/second.
6. Press “DOWN” one time, the setting will backward for one step; hold for 2 seconds, it will run backward
by 8 steps/second.
7. The system will exit automatically if no key is operated in 8 seconds.
8. Language setting sequence: English, German, Italian, French, Netherlands, Spanish, Danish, Russian.
9. The setting item will flash, when setting year, second will show Yr.
10. Moon phase and week will change according to the changing of the Year, Month and Date.
Alarm set
1. Hold “ALM” key for 2 second to enter into alarm setting.
2. The sequence of alarm setting: Hour Minute Exit
3. The setting item will flash.
4. Press “ALM” to confirm the setting.
5. Press “UP” once, the setting will move to the next step; hold the button for 2 seconds and it will move
forward by 8 steps.
6. Press “DOWN” once, the setting will revert to the previous step; hold the button for 2 seconds and it will
move backwards by 8 steps.
7. The system will exit automatically if no button is operated within 8 seconds.
8. Alarm function will be confirmed after setting ALARM.
9. Turn on Alarm to show small bell image.
Temperature and Humidity Setting
1. Temperature Alert function for Indoor and Outdoor Temperature.
Hold “Alert” for 2 seconds to enter ALERT Setting.
2. Press “Channel” to switch channels when setting the outdoor temperature limit.
3. The setting item will flash.
4. Press “Alert” to confirm the setting.
5. Press “UP” once, the setting will move to the next step; hold the button for 2 seconds and it will move
forward by 8 steps.
6. Press “DOWN” once, the setting will revert to the previous step; hold the button for 2 seconds and it will
move backwards by 8 steps.
7. The system will exit automatically if no button is operated within 8 seconds.
8. “Alert” will open automatically when setting completed.
III. Function and Effect
3.1 Radio Frequency Receiving Function
1. After installing the battery and checking the temperature/humidity, the clock will enter its Radio
Frequency (RF) receiving state automatically for 3 minutes. During this time the outdoors transmitter will
send the clock its temperature and humidity information.
2. If no signal is received within 3 minutes, the temperature of that channel will show “---“.
3. Hold the “Channel” button for 2 seconds to clear the channel information.
4. Open the battery hatch of the outdoor transmitter and press the “CH” button to select an alternative channel
(CH1/CH2/CH3).
5. Repeat the above until the correct channel is found and the temperature/humidity display is no longer
blank.
6. If there is still no effective signal within 3 minutes for any of the channels, the clock will exit the receiving
process and shut off.
7. Try relocating the transmitter closer to the clock and then reset or hold “Channel” for 3 seconds to receive
forcibly. Do not put the transmitter in direct sunlight or where it will be subjected to moisture as it is not
water resistant.
3.2 Radio Controlled Clock (RCC) Receiving Function:
1. How to enter RCC receiving status:
a. It will enter RCC receiving state automatically after powering ON or resetting.
b. Hold “DOWN” key for 2 seconds to enter into RCC receiving status forcibly.
c. It enters RCC receiving automatically every day at 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00.
2. RCC receiving time is 7 minutes.
3. The displaying of icons during receiving :
a. When it enters RCC receiving status, the tower-shaped part of RCC symbol on the LCD will flash.
b. When the signal is too weak to be received, the tower shape of RCC while the curved antenna
symbol will not display.
c. After receiving the synchronization signal, the RCC symbol will fully display and exit the receiving
status.
4. When it is receiving signals, press the “DOWN” button to exit RCC receiving status. Pressing any other key
will have no effect.
5. The clock will automatically receive an RCC signal update at 2:00am the next day and every day onwards.
6. If the clock fails to receive the signal at 2:00am on a particular day, it will try again the next day.
7. During receiving RCC, if the alarm rings, it will exit RCC receiving status first and change into alarm ringing
status.
3.3 Alarm Function
1. When the alarm is ringing, click the “SNZ/LGT” button once to enter into 5 minutes snooze or press any
other button to cancel the alarm.
2. To extend the snooze time greater than 5 minutes, press and hold the SNZ/LGT button 2 seconds to enter
into snooze time setting mode.
3. This snooze setting will be re-used when you open the alarm function unless reset back to the 5 minute
default.
3.4 24 Hour Weather Forecast Function
1. Weather icons for 4 states: Sunny Overcast Cloudy Rainy
2. Weather forecast will be accurate when the device is outdoors but there may be some discrepancies if used in

3.5 Temperature Trend Indicator.
1. If the difference between current temperature and recorded temperature is more than +1°C, the trend shows

3.8 The comfort – level icons :
