1. Product introduction

1.1 Functions description

This is an external Charger; its maximum charging current can be

12/8A to shorten the charging time of battery banks markedly. It is

suitable for

240V/65AH (or bigger capacity) battery banks and adopts

three-stage charging method: It works on constant-current mode when

the battery voltage is low and the charging current is 12/8A; when the

battery voltage is high to 273V, the charging current will be 4A in order

to avoid overcharging the battery; when the battery voltage is higher

than 280V, charger will work on the floating charging mode, the

charger voltage is constant to 273V. The charging curve is shown

below:

1) LED definition

There are total 3 LEDs to indicate the status of the Charger.

Indicate the Charger working well.

Normal/Status

Indicate the Charger working status.

2 Yellow Warning LED

If it is turned on constantly, it shows
that the Charger is in Warning
status.

3 Red Fault LED

If it is turned on constantly, it shows
that the Charger is in Fault status
and the Charger will turn off.
