LCD Display Information:
Charging Features:
Bad Battery Detection (1)
▪
Measures the voltage of your battery prior to charging.
▪
If the reference voltage is ≥30V±0.5, it's considered a 'bad
battery'.
Devulcanisation (2)
▪
When the charging period reaches four hours in Pulse
Charging mode and the battery voltage variation exceeds the
voltage setting, the system enters the next mode.
▪
When the battery voltage variation is less than 2V (12V
battery) or 4V (24V battery), devulcanisation is no longer
performed and the system enters the next mode.

Page 6
Pre Charge (3)
▪
Identifies the battery voltage before charging.
▪
If the battery voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the
battery will be pre-charged in order to avoid damage to the
battery.
▪
12V: 5-8V 2 minutes, 8-10V 9 hours.
▪
24V: 5-16V 2 minutes, 16-20V 9 hours.
Constant Current (4)
▪
The main charging phase.
▪
The battery will be charged with the maximum current as
quickly as possible.
▪
70%~85% of the battery is charged in this stage.
Constant Voltage (5)
▪
The boosting phase.
▪
The charger constantly adjusts the charge so as the battery
voltage gets higher, the charging current becomes smaller.
▪
Constant voltage charging ends when the charging current
drops to =< 0.5C, at which time the battery should be almost
fully charged.
Recondition (6)
▪
When the battery has reached maximum voltage, the charge
changes to recondition mode since some batteries can be
charged to 15.7V.
▪
This charge lasts 2±0.2 hours at most and is only activated by
selecting 12V/RECON.
Voltage Analysis (7)
▪
The internal circuit automatically detects the variation of
battery voltage.
▪
An alarm will sound when the voltage exceeds 2V (12V) or 4V
(24V).
6
Page 7
Float Charge (8)
▪
The maintenance charge.
▪
Trickles the charge until the battery is nearly at 100%
capacity.
▪
Charging with a small current can eliminate the vulcanization
of the negative electrode plate.
Pulse Charge (9)
▪
Once the battery voltage has been adjusted in the previous
mode, the battery voltage returns to 13V/26V when the pulse
charging mode is executed.

Error Codes Solutions
Check the battery voltage is for 12V system
Battery has problem. Replace with a new battery and try again.
Battery is too old or damaged. Replace with new battery and try again.
Check the battery voltage is for 12V system
Remove the reverse, unplug immediately from mains, connect the red clamp to positive (+) battery post, and black clamp to negative (-) post.
Check battery specification,12V battery use 12V mode; 24V battery use 24V mode. If still doesn't work, replace with new battery and try again.
