Charge devices

• If your phone doesn’t support wireless charging, you can add support for wireless charging with a special

phone case or wireless charging adapter that you stick on the back of your phone and plug into its
power port.

• If your mobile is not placed on the sensing area accurately, or not placed properly on the sensing coils

which might not be charged properly.

• If your phone case / cover is too thick, it may cause not be charging properly; we strongly recommend

removing the case/cover while your phone is charging.

• Do not place foreign materials, such as metal objects, magnets, and magnetic stripe cards, between the

mobile device and the wireless charger. The mobile device may not charge properly or may be
damaged due to overheating.
