General Trouble Shooting
a) If SkyCurrent™ 30 charging pad does not light does not turn on, unplug adapter from wall, wait 10 seconds and
plug back into AC (mains) power outlet
b) If Qi-enable smart devices do not charge align them to designated Qi-alignment marks on SkyCurrent™ 30
charging pad
c) If SkyCurrent™ AirFuel MR enabled devices do not charge, pull off SkyCurrent™ 30 charging pad and then
replace on charging pad
d) If headphones (PRU) does not charge, make sure that the earpiece with the PowerSphyr sticker is showing, and
the earpiece with the logo only (lightning bolt) is face down on the SkyCurrent™ charging pad
e) If LED light does not illuminate, pull off the pad, and replace on pad
f) If speaker does not produce sound, make sure it is paired with your Bluetooth™ device and then place back on
the charging pad
g) If the transmitter gets warm, please ensure the PRUs are inside the effective charge area. This is approximately
1 cm or .5” inside the gray charge surface. Please note: production transmitters effective charge area is the
entire gray charging pad.
h) Because the PRUs are demonstrator prototypes and do not contain a battery, they will continue to charge
indefinitely and may get a little warm during extensive use. This normal. Simply give the PRU a break now and
then and place again later.
