Seat Wedge – Arctic Cat F Series
Installation Instructions for 51055
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Drill w/3/16” drill bit
Pop rivet gun
3/8 drive ratchet
12” extension
7/16” socket
Tape measure
Marker
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
1. Remove the stock seat by going through the rear
storage compartment. See Figure 1. Remove the
factory nut and washer securing the stock seat. Set
stock seat, nut and washer aside for now.
2. Place Seat Wedge on the tunnel by tipping the
front of the Seat Wedge upwards and wrapping
the rear of the seat wedge around your tail light
then drop the front of the seat wedge so the stud in
the tunnel passes through the mounting hole in the
center of the seat wedge.

3. Once the Seat Wedge is placed on the tunnel, use
the hole on top of the seat wedge to locate the
existing stud and use the factory nut and washer to
secure the Seat Wedge. Figure 2
4. Once you have secured the seat wedge to the
tunnel locate the two molded round recesses in the
front of the seat wedge near your gas tank. In each
of the recesses using a 3/16” drill bit drill dead
center in the recess through the seat wedge and
your tunnel. Figure 3
Note:
Use caution so you do not puncture your
track when drilling.
5. Install in each of the 3/16” drilled holes a 3/16”
rivet from the top side of the seat wedge through
the tunnel. Keep downward pressure on the rivet
and seat wedge while installing the rivets.

6. Drill a 3/16” hole approximately 7” from the back
of the tunnel see Figure 4. Keep downward
pressure on the Seat Wedge as you are drilling to
ensure correct positioning. Do this for both sides of
the tunnel
7. Install 3/16” rivets from the bottom side of the
tunnel (track side) through the tunnel and Seat
Wedge. Place a 3/16” rivet washer on the rivet by
placing your hand through the hole cut out on top
of the Seat Wedge. Repeat for the other side of
tunnel. Note: Keep downward pressure on the
Seat Wedge as you are installing the rivets.
8. Screw the 2” stud into the insert on top of the Seat
Wedge. See Figure 5.
9. Place the factory seat on the top of the Seat Wedge.
Line up and push the two front seat prongs into
their original position then lower the seat so the
stud passes through the mounting hole in the seat.
Through the rear storage compartment place the
fender washer onto the stud and secure with ¼-20
flange nut. Figure 1

10. Do a final check to make sure everything is
lined up and securely installed. After your final

check, your new Seat Wedge Riser installation is
complete and you are ready to ride comfortable.
Periodically check fasteners for tightness.
Limited Warranty: Your Seat Wedge comes with a with a non-transferable 1 year Warranty from the original purchase date
against manufacturer defects in workmanship and material under use it was intended for. This warranty relates to the
rotationally molded Seat Wedge only; no other wiring, hardware, or electrical components would apply. No other warranties
are expressed or implied and by consumer purchase, releases Powermadd and a ny other of their affiliates harmless from any
other possible claim except as in the stated warranty. Powermadd shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by defective
materials or workmanship. Consumer is responsible to insure installation is performed correctly in a safe and res po nsib le
manner. Powermadd may elect to repair or replace this product, but is the sole judge of any defects in this product. This
warranty does not cover any labor costs to remove or reinstall this product.
