Epsilon Electronics, the parent company for PowerAcoustik

Electronics was founded in January, 1981. My favorite hobbies included
music, which became my passion and my guiding inspiration for launching
Epsilon Electronics. Webster’s dictionary describes Epsilon “as arbitrari­ly small quantity in mathematical analysis”. I should say my musical
Epsilon became and infinite love for music and ultimately the beginnings for
my career in Audio. After attending live music events I found the market
needed product that had the possibility of recreating the musical experi­ence that made you feel like you were at a live concert.

We decided once music transitioned to hi-tech studio recordings with eso­teric mixer boards, we needed to produce products that were capable of
sound reproduction of the most sensitive of musical instruments. We have
continued to re-invent our business model to address the needs of an ever
changing industry. Today the music has transitioned from analog to digital
and added the video component.

Few companies will be able to remain competitive due to these kinds of
technological advancements. Our company transitioned from Importer in
the early 1980’s to a company with design and engineering capabilities in
both audio and video. The last eight years have be our most productive
years with the US Patent office awarding us with two design patents (#
406,850 446,589) three full mechanical patents (#5,956,188 6,196,694 &
6,286,974) and two more mechanical patents are currently pending (#
10/216,908 & 10/281,282).
