Remote control does not work properly.
Is the power turned on?
Is the audio which is connected with the audio cable set to receive the DVD signal output?
Is audio cable connected securely? Is the monitor which is connected
with the audio cable turned on? Is the audio output set
in the correct position?
Is the remote control facing the remote sensor?
Is the distance too far? Is there any obstacle in the middle? Is the battery weak?
Check the car battery capacity.
Select the correct input mode for the audio receiver. Connect the audio cable into the jacks securely. Turn on the monitor connected with the audio cable. Set theAudio Output to the correct position,
and then turn on the DVD player again by pressing the POWER button.
Point the remote control toward the remote sensor of the product.
Use the remote control within 15 feet. Remove the obstacle. Replace with new battery.
Buttons do not work.
No sound
When a disc is brought from a coldenvironmentto a warm one, there may be moisture on the the disc, or condensation on thepickuplens. It will affect disc playback.
1. Remove the disc from the DVD player.
2.Turnonthe power and leave it on for anhourto vaporize the condensation.

Moisture or condensation on lens
Quality installations are best performed by qualified and certified installers.
Don t touch the unit if there is a flash of lightning. Youmay receive an electric shock.
Do not cover or stop up heater ducts or vents. It may cause a fire or receive an electric shock.
Watchingthemonitor for an extended period of time without the engine running may deplete the vehicle s battery charge.
This product is designed for operation with a 12 Volt DC, negative ground vehicle. It is not suitable for operation under other conditions or voltages.

Do not bring magnetic devices such as credit card or magnetic card near the magnets.
1.The operating temperatureof this product islimited to 14~+140 F.
2. If your vehicleis extremely hotor cold you mustallow time foryour air conditioner or heater tocool or heatthe vehicle until operatingtemperatures have returned to normaloperating ranges.
3. Optimal picture qualityis achieved whenviewed from directly frontof the monitor (+/-30degrees).
4. Do not openthe housing andattempt to make anyrepairs yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
5. DVD Players usean invisible laserbeam which can causehazardous radiation exposure. Be sure tooperate the unitcorrectly as instructed.
6. Do not cutthe car power supply off while adisc is playing. Itcan cause damage to the DVDPlayer.
7. If the buttonsget stuck, pleasetry to press theup of buttons,it will get back. It won't impact usingnormal.
8. If you cann'tfind the files name in list whenplaying, please resetunits or turn off/on over again.
9. If the unitcann't be changemode when playing somespecial files whichthe unit didn't support, please resetunits or turnoff/onover again.

DVD features
DVD discs provide high-resolutionimages with high-qualitysound.This DVD player can play not onlyDVD discs ofvarious versions, but alsoS-VCD, VCD, audioCD and Mp3 discs.
Discs that cannot be played
DVD-RW, DVD-REM, CD-ROM, CD-EXTRAdiscs cannot be played on this unit.In addition, a CD ora CD-RW which wasrecorded on specialsoftware cannot be played.

How to handle the disc
Don t touch theshiny side of the disc (the sidewith the embeddedinformation). Don t stick alabel or aglue-based note on eitherside of thedisc. Don t use discsthat have glueor a damaged labelwith exposed adhesiveresidue. It might result indamage to yourDVD player. Don t put discsin the sunshine. Park your car inthe shade.
How to handle the discs
Only use round discs.Discs with othershapes like a star, a heart, etc. may cause damage to the player. If adisc is dirty, wipe softly witha wet clothand then with adry one. Before playback, wipethe disc outwardfrom the center witha clean cloth.Do not use any type ofsolvent such asthinner,benzene,commercially available cleanersor antistatic spray.To avoid damaging your DVDplayer,don t use ascratched disc.

1. Remove the existingheadrest from the seat.
2.Adjustthe posts ofthe new headrest tofit the holesin the seat wherethe headrest will be installed.The post can bemoved together orapart grasp one post ineach hand, movethe posts in opposingdirections (like they were walking)while pushing themtoward each other oraway from each other.
3. Insert the cablein the properhole. Insert the postsinto the holesin the seat and carefully workthe headrest intoposition. Make sure thecable is not pinched.
4. Run the cabledown the seatand out to thelocation of thevideo source unit (such as aDVD player).

See the picture onthe right andyou can adjust the distance between thetubes to required space(pole width adjustments 4 ~ 8.2 .

How to use the Adapter tubes
Since the spacing ofthe mounting holes can vary on differentveicles we supply two adapter tubes. Usethese tubes when the headrest mounting holesin your seat are too large forthe posts ofthe headrest monitor.

a. Red: Connect to aswitched(+) 12 voltsource (ACC). Use alead that has(+)12V when the ignition onor in the ACC positionso the monitors turns off when the key is in the off position.Wiring the monitors hot could cause your batteryto run down when the engine isnot running. b. Black: Connect toa good chassis ground. c. Reversing the polarityof the red and black leads willdamage the monitor. d. 1. TV Aspect Ratio
In the Setup function called TV Display, you set the player to outputthevideo signal at the same aspect ratio as your monitor. If the monitor is widescreenformat,select WIDE. If it is as normal screen (4:3), choose NORMAL/PS (Pan andScan)or NORMALL/B (Letterbox).
Normal/PS4:3PANSCAN Choose this setting if you want the movietofill the entire screen. (This might mean that the left and rightedgeswon t be seen)
Normal/LB4:3 Choose this setting if you want to seethemovie in its original aspect ratio. (The movie might appear with black bars atthetop and bottom of the screen.)
Wide 16:9 WIDE SCREEN Choose this setting if your DVD Player isconnectedto a widescreen TV. (This opition is available only if the dischasa 16:9 display aspect ratio.)
2. Angle Viewing
Some DVD discs contain programming which allows you to view a scene from a few differentcameraangles.You can tell when a scene is so recordedwhenan Angle Mark is displayed on the screen. This mark will onlyappearif you have enabled theAngle Mark feature in the DVD Setup menu.
On: When selected, the screen will be shownwith
angle mark.
Off:When selected, no angle mark is shown on
the screen.
3. OSD Language
