WEATHERED NANTUCKET HEADBOARD
PRE-ASSEMBLY:
Read all instructions before beginning assembly. The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.
Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clean, carpeted, or scratch-free work surface.
Use care as some parts or hardware may have sharp points or edges.
Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.
Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included.
Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause
the bolts to misalign during assembly.
The use of power tools for assembly is not recommended. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.
HARDWARE ENCLOSED:
(A) Stabilizing Brackets - 2
(B) 1-3/16” Screw – 4
(C) 2” Allen Bolt – 6
(D) Allen Nut – 6
(E) Flat Washer – 6
(F) Spring Washer – 6
PARTS REQUIRED:
Metal Bed Frame (Sold separately)
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY:
Allen Wrench (included) Phillips screwdriver (not included)
Note: As a safety precaution, please follow the instructions enclosed to secure the Headboard to the wall using the tipping-restraint kit included.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the 2 stabilizing brackets on the ends of the headboard as shown. Secure the brackets from the rear of the headboard with Screws (B), using the predrilled holes as your guide and a Phillips Head Screwdriver (not included).

2. Place the Headboard (A) tilted slightly towards the faceplates of a pre-assembled Metal Bed Frame (sold separately). Insert the Allen Nut (D) into the pre-drilled hole from the back. Place the Allen bolt (C), spring washer (F), flat washer (E) into the hole from the front. Secure with the Allen keys. Figure 4. Repeat this step to secure to the other side of the bed frame.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Dust often using a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth.
We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives, o r furniture polish on our lacquered finish.
