THOMAS TOWER BENCH

PRE-ASSEMBLY:

• Remove all parts and hardware from box and lay out on a carpeted or scratch-free work surface (The
shipping box provides and ideal work surface), as this will avoid damaging any parts during assembly.
Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts
or hardware.

• Two people are recommended for ease of assembly.

• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included prior to starting

assembly.

• The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly
instructions.

• Note: DO not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may
cause the bolts to misalign during assembly.

• If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware of split
wood.

(A) Top panel – 1pc
(B) Right side panel – 1pc
(C) Left side panel – 1pc
(D) Back panel – 1pc
(E) Bottom panel – 1pc
(F) Right divider – 1pc
(G) Left divider – 1pc

HARDWARE ENCLOSED:
(H) Allen Key – 1pc

(I) Long bolt 1/4”x50x15mm – 4pcs

(J) Short bolt 1/4”x32x15mm – 12pcs

TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips head screwdriver (not included)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Lay the Bottom panel (E) down as shown in the illustration below.

2. Attach Right side panel (B) and Left side panel (C) to Bottom panel (E) using Long bolt 1/4”x50x15mm (I)
and Allen key (H).

3. Attach the Right divider (F) and Left divider (G) to Bottom panel (E) using Short bolt 1/4”x32x15mm (J)
and Allen key (H).

4. Insert the Back panel (D) as shown.

5. Attach the Top panel (A) to the side panel and dividers using Short bolt 1/4”x32x15mm (J) and Allen key

(H).
