PRE-ASSEMBLY:

• Read all instructions before beginning assembly . The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly w hen used in
conjunction with the assembly instructions.

• For your safety and ease, assembly by two adults is reco mmende d.

• Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clean, carpeted, or scratch-free work surface. Use

care as some parts or hardware may have sharp points or edges.

• Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.

• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included.

• Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the

bolts to misalign during assembly.

• The use of power tools for assembly is not recommended. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Determine desired location of the bed. With the assistance of the second adult hold the Headboard (A) in a
vertical position tilted slightly forward. Insert the hooked ends of the Side Rail (C) (with the ledges facing inward)
into the corresponding slots in the Headboard (A) (Figure 1). Repeat to attach the footboard.

2. Secure Side Rails (C) to Headboard and Footboard with Corner Brackets (E), using (8) Short Wood Screws (F)
and Philips screwdriver. Refer to Fi gure 1.

3. Place the Slat Roll (D) on the small ledges of the Side Rails and secure with (28) Screws (G) using a Phillips Head
Screwdriver, as shown. Do not fully tighten until all screws are in place.
