PIRATE BED
PRE-ASSEMBLY:
• Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clear carpeted or scratch-free work surface.
(The shipping box provides an ideal work surface), this will avoid damaging any parts during assembly. Do
not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or
hardware.
• Two people recommended for ease of assembly.
• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included prior to starting
assembly.
• The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly
instructions.
• Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause
the bolts to misalign during assembly.
• If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware or split
wood.

TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips head screwdriver (not included)
L - Allen key (included)
HARDWARE INCLUDED:
I – Allen Bolt 1/4”x50x15mm(x5)
J – Allen Bolt 1/4”x32x15mm (x4)
K –Small Phillips screw 8x30mm (x30)
ASSEMBLY:
1. Attach the Left side rail (C) and Right side rail (D) up to slots on the Front Section (A) and Headboard (B) by
inserting the hooked ends into the corresponding slots, as shown below. Ensure that the connections are
secure.

2. Attach the Headboard Top (G) to the Headboard (B) using 3pcs Allen Bolt 1/4”x50x15mm (I) and tighten with
Allen Key (L) as shown.
3. Lay the Side rail Top (H) on the Left side rail ( C) and Right side rail (D) , fix them on the side rail using 2pcs
Allen Bolt 1/4”x50x15mm (I) on the top and 4pcs Alle n Bolt 1/4”x32x15mm (J) at the back , tighten with Allen
key (L).

4. Lay the slat roll (E) in place onto the inner edges of the left side rail ( C) and right side rail (D), wi th the straps
facing upward. Attach slat roll (E) by inserting 28pcs Large Phillips Head Screw 8x30mm(K) through the
pre-drilled holes and tighten with the Phillips head screwdriver (not included) , fix the front rail (F) using 2pcs
Large Phillips Head Screw 8x30mm(K) .
5. Slip the trundle into the Pirate bed as shown.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Dust often using a clean, soft, dry lint-free cloth.
• Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth.
•
We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives , or furniture polish on our
lacquered finish.
