NEWPORT BED TWIN AND FULL

PRE-ASSEMBLY:

• Read all instructions before beginning assembly. The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when
used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.

• For your safety and ease, asse mbly by two adult s is re commend ed.

• Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clean, carpeted, or scratch-free work surface.

Use care as some parts or hardw are ma y ha ve sharp poin t s or ed ges.

• Do not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or
hardware.

• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included.

• Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may

cause the bolts to misalign during assembly.

• The use of power tools for assembly is not recommended. Power tools can damage hardware or split
wood.

G – Large Phillips Head Screws 8x30mm (x28)

Phillips Head Screw driver (not included)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Screw Feet (F) into the post of Headboard (A ) and Footboard ( B) as shown. Screw Finials (E) into the
top of Headboard (A) and Footboard (B) posts.

2. Attach the side rail (C) to the Headboard (A) and Footboard (B) by inserting the hooked ends into the
corresponding slots, as shown below. Ensure that the connections are secure.

NOTE: Side rails (C) are adjusting to two heights:

• Use the higher setting if not using a box spring mattress and/or if a trundle will be used with the bed.

• Use the lower setting if using a mattress & box spring. We recommend a box spring if you want to

use a bed skirt or add height to the bed.

• Our beds do not require a box spring at either setting.

There are three (3) pins inside the slot, for two
(2) levels of side rail height.

High level: insert side rail onto 2 upper pins
Low level: insert side rail onto 2 lower pins
