EMERY PLAY TABLE

PRE-ASSEMBLY:

• Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly.

• Remove all parts and hardware from box and lay out on a carpeted or scratch-free work surface, as this

will avoid damaging any parts during assembly. The shipping box provides and ideal work surface. Do
not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or
hardware.

• Two adults are recommended for ease of assembly.

• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included prior to starting

assembly.

• The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly
instructions.

• Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the
bolts to misalign during assembly. If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power
tools can damage hardware or split the wood.

A –Top panel with 2drawer (x1)
B – Leg Frame (x2)

TOOLS REQUIRED:
Allen Key (included)

HARDWARE:
C – Allen Key (x1)

D – Long Bolts 5/16” x 100x15mm (x8)

E – Short Bolts 5/16”x32x15mm (x12)

F – Spring Washer 5/16” x 11 x 2mm (x20)

G – Flat Washer 5/16” x 16x 2mm (x20)

ASSEMBLY:

1. Pull out and remove the 2 drawers from the Top Panel (A) as shown in the illustration below.

2. Turn the Top Panel (A) upside down. Attach the Leg Frame (B) to the Top Panel (A), from the

upper side, using (8) Long Bolt (D), Spring Washer (F), Flat Washer (G) with the Allen Key (C).
From the inner side, use (12) Short Bolt (E), Spring Washer (F), Flat Washer (G) and Allen Key (C).
(See illustration below).

3. Reinsert the drawers. Turn table upright.
