RENEWAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Magnet Installation
Place magnets in each corner on the back of the
unit. Larger glass units will have 6 magnets, place
2 extra magnets top & bottom center or left & right
center. Insure magnets are aligned to contact metal.
Magnets are very powerful, use caution.
Lean unit into the top of the fireplace till magnets take
hold. Keep fingers and hands clear.
Place unit flush with the bottom of the fireplace and
align the edges of the unit with the edges of the fireplace.
Magnets are very powerful, use caution.
To remove unit open the door and gently pop
the door off. Take care not to scratch the unit.
Alternate Mounting Methods
Use angle bracket, thumb screw
and nut, one in each corner, for
pressure mounting.
Use flex bracket, nut and washer for
mounting inside the opening. Use
sheet metal screws for ZC fireplaces.
Use anchors and screws for Masonry
fireplaces. One in each corner.
Four Each: Magnet, Flex Bracket, Angle
Bracket & Thumb Screw, Anchor & #14 x
1 1/4” Sheet Metal Screw, 8-32 Nut &
Lock Washer, #10 x 3/4” Sheet Metal
Screw & #10 SAE Flat Washer.
