OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR IPAD® FROM THE IMAINGO™ XP
STEP 1:
Prior to use, charge your iMainGo™XP for 8 to 10 hours or
until indicator light on charger turns from red to green
STEP 2:
Open your iMainGo™XP
STEP 3:
Insert your iPad® into your iMainGo™XP. For iPad® 2 users, first insert your iPad® 2 into the provided skin. Orient your iPad® so that the iPad® menu button is on the same side as
the “U” shaped hinge on your XP unit, and snap into place
STEP 4:
Insert the XP’s 3.5mm plug into
the iPad’s® 3.5mm jack.
STEP 5:
Turn on your iMainGo™XP. You can adjust the
volume by using the volume buttons on your iPad®
or by using the volume control in iTunes®.
STEP 6:
Sit back and enjoy the Sound Xplosion®!
STEP 7:
Remove the XP’s 3.5mm jack from your iPad®.
Make sure your XP is completely open.
STEP 8:
Lift your iPad® out from the exposed
edge near “U” shaped hinge.

LIMITED WARRANTY
PORTABLE SOUND LABORATORIES, INC., a California corporation, (the “Company”) warrants the “iMainGO” (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and work­manship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser of the Product (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by the Company within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, the Company will either: (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (c) exchange the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product. The sole remedy under this Limited Warranty is Product repair, replacement, or refund at the sole discretion of the Company.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This Limited Warranty is void if the Product is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, or repair by an unauthorized company; if the Product does not receive reasonable and neces­sary maintenance; or if the Product is altered or modified in any manner. This Limited Warranty is void if the Product is in any accident, or is subjected to misuse, or abnormal, excessive or improper conditions, including, without limitation, attempts to utilize the Product under any condition(s) that exceed its design capabilities, any other use beyond the use specified in any product instructions. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including but not limited to, accident, liquids, chemicals, oxidation, corrosion, exposure to the elements, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by the Company.This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal “wear and tear” of the Product that has been significantly used or limited-life consumable components of the Product, including without limitation, speaker covers, decorative finish, batteries, straps, and other accessories in connection with the Product.
In order to make a claim, please: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Purchaser may obtain an RMA number by following these procedures:
(i) Complete the Company’s standard RMA Request Form found on www.imaingo.com.
(ii) Provide the Company with sufficient details relating to the nature of the defect.
(iii) Provide an invoice, sales receipt, or proof of purchase.
(iv) Once Purchaser’s request is verified and the RMA Number is issued, at Pur­chaser’s expense, ship the original Product to the Company or the Company’s local representative, freight PREPAID. Any returns with freight collect or COD will be refused and returned to the Purchaser. The RMA Number MUST BE SHOWN CLEARLY ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL. The Company will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit to the Company;
(v) The RMA Number must be used within TEN (10) DAYS of receipt, or it will not be honored;
(vi) The Company must receive the returned Product within the warranty period.
Unless otherwise indicated in the Company’s Instruction Manual, in no event may the purchaser of the Product attempt to perform, including without limitation, service, adjustments, or repairs to the Product at any time. The Product must be returned to the retail purchase point or a Company authorized service agency for all repairs.
REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, AT THE COMPANY’S OPTION, IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UN­DER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PURCHAS­ER AGREES THAT THE COMPANY AND ANY THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS/MANUFACTUR­ERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPE­CIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR THE DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS OF LIFE, PROPERTY OR REVENUE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, PRODUCTS LIABIITY
OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE, INJURY OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF THE COMPANY. THE FOREGOING WARRAN­TY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY THE COMPANY, AND THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO EXTEND OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY UNLESS SUCH EXTEN­SION OR MODIFICATION IS MADE IN WRITING BY A CORPORATE OFFICER.
The Product is subject to United States and foreign laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re­exported, transferred, disposed of, or used in compliance with all such applicable laws and regulations.
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other legal rights which vary from region to region, so the above limita­tions may not apply to purchasers of the product in certain regions. Some regions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation(s) may not apply to purchasers of such regions. Any dispute under this Limited Warranty shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California.
