Caution
Exposure to high sound levels may cause hearing impairment or loss. Be sure to observe the following instructions:
Reduce the volume to its lowest setting before use.
Never point the megaphone directly at a person's ear when using in close proximity.
Point the megaphone toward the ground when testing volume levels.

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
1. Make sure the ON/OFF button is in the OFF position

and the volume slider at its lowest setting.
2. Insert four (4) D-size batteries with their orientation indicated by the diagram on the inside of the compartment cover.
3. Close the battery compartment cover making sure it snaps into place.
OPERATING THE MP-10
For speaking:
1. Make sure the TALK/SIREN button is in the TALK position.
2. Press the power button so that it is at the ON position.
3. Speak as close to the microphone as possible and adjust the volume slider to the desired volume.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This Polsen product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
Using the siren:
1. Press the ON/OFF button so that it is at the ON position.
2. Press the TALK/SIREN button so that it is in the SIREN position.
3. Gradually adjust the volume slider to the desired volume.
4. Turn off the siren by moving the TALK/SIREN button back to the TALK position.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Polsen Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Polsen along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
