Since 2004, Polaris has been a part of ALI Group S.p.A., with headquarters in Belluno. It
has a 20,000 square metre production plant equipped with the very latest generation of

The chef loads the roasts, sets the cooking programme and then goes to sleep. All by
itself, Genius will cook, hold and then cool down to make the best use of time and ensure
