Your Polaris INTERACTIVE DIGITAL DISPLAY KIT is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please
read the installation instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of debris. For your safety, and to ensure a satisfactory installation, perform all installation steps correctly in the sequence shown.
NOTE: Before beginning kit installation, remove the current gauge, hood harness (PN 2412552) and key switch from vehicle. Follow the steps in Installation Instructions to install defrost bag
(PN 2879090), hood harness (PN 2412976), GPS, key switch (PN 4012165), and display on your
Pro-Ride or Indy.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lock the parking brake.
2. Cut a hole (A) of size 1”X1” (25.4 mm X 25.4 mm) in
defrost bag. See gure.
3. Remove side panels.

4. Disconnect hood harness (B).

5. Remove hood by removing two T40 torx bolts (C)
and two tufock plastic fasteners (D).

6. Disconnect headlights (E), display (F) and key switch (G).

7. Remove hood harness from right side.
8. Remove display by prying around the edges with your ngers and pushing up from underneath.
9. Remove key switch.

10. Route GPS cable (H), display cable (I) and key switch (J) in through the bottom of the bag.
11. Locate the hole (A) for GPS connector. Plug in GPS Puck (K). Zip tie (L) is used to secure the GPS puck.

12. Install new key switch (2) into bag.
13. Plug in display (M) then install with rubber
grommet (N) by pushing evenly and rmly.
14. Install retaining bracket (P) on back side of gauge with the two screws (Q) using a 10 mm socket.

15. Route harness (1) through old display hole to the right, and connect headlights (E).

16. Install hood without fasteners.
17. Install tufock plastic fastener (D) on either side of the windshield.
18. Install rear bag mounts with T40 Torx bolts (C).
Torque to 7.4 ft. lbs. (10 Nm)

19. Install front bag mounts (R) by putting them in between the windshield and the hood. Then reinstall the plastic fasteners.
20. Connect hood harness plug.

21. WITHOUT BATTERY:
Disconnect white plug (S) near hood harness and remove battery cable. Installation is done.
If a battery is not installed the GPS puck will loose satellite connection and take 30 to 120 seconds to establish connection. User will not save tracks when GPS connection is not established. Additionally, the user will not be able to power the display when the engine is not running.
22. WITH BATTERY:
Route battery cable wire (T) along frame following existing wires.
Secure the cable with three zip ties (V) as shown in the gures for the correct sled style.
Zip ties connect to hood harness at two white
tape spots and one centered in between the diode and fuse.

Install negative and positive leads to battery.
