1. Carefully unpack and lay out all parts in a line on a smooth surface.
2. Place the lamp Base on a level surface.Screw the Stem into socket Assembly.Put the Metal Washer onto Stem.
3. Place Shade over Metal Washer, and tighten Final securing the shade in place.

4.Install the bulb into socket (Bulb not included)
CAUTION - Refer to the Re-lamping label located near the lamp-socket for recommended
maximum wattage-do not Exceed recommended wattage.
WARNING - Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
5. Insert Power cord into wall receptacle.
