Models R10-Bl thru RF21-BI refrigerated, built-in type dispensers for
cartoned milk, packaged ice cream, or both.

FRAME AND BODY

The frame is constructed of all welded heavy gauge stainless steel.
The exterior of the body is 18 ga. galvanized steel. The interior liner
is all welded 20 ga. stainless steel, watertight and fitted with a 1/2"
I.P.S. chrome plated bronze drain trap at the bottom. The liner is
separated from the top by full perimeter breaker strips. Removable
stainless steel adapter collar(s) to fit between the top opening of
the cabinet and the counter top.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

The cabinet is fitted with four-wall copper refrigerant coils to hold
temperatures of 38°F for milk or 0° to -10°F for ice cream. The system
includes an accessible thermostatic expansion valve. The liquid line
connection has a 1/4" flare fitting and the suction line connection has
a 3/8" flare fitting. Two independent systems are included with dual
temperature units (note that two condensing units will be required).

DISPENSING MECHANISM

The cabinet is fitted with one or more removable self-leveling dispensers,
each consisting of an all welded 16 ga. stainless steel frame and a 14 ga.
stainless steel pan-type carrier for the product. The frame and carrier are
connected by a suspension system consisting of a series of stainless steel
coil springs and ball bearing guides designed to keep the carrier level
at all times. Adjustment of the dispensing height for varying weights is
accomplished by engaging or disengaging individual springs. All models
include aluminum trays which function as separators for layers of product.

SELF-CONTAINED MODELS

Self-contained models include an air cooled, hermetically sealed
condensing unit (two with dual temperature units) mounted on an integral
steel frame. The system operates on 120 volts single phase. It includes
a pressure control and is charged with refrigerant ready for use. Final
electrical connections are made by others to a junction box mounted on
the protectivehousing which covers the condensing unit.

For peak top cartons capacity is approx. 2/3 of that indicated. Ice cream dispenser
capacity is for 3 ounce cartons 3" diameter, 1-3/4" high. Add ''-C" to model number for

ANSI as a National Recognized Testing Laboratory. These companies include CSA International,
Underwriters Laboratories, and the National Sanitation Foundation. However, a continuing
program of product improvement makes it necessary to submit new models to the agencies as
they are developed. Consequently, all models may not bear the appropriate labels at all times.
